Enjoy a west-facing balcony with sun from afternoon to late evening. There is an elevator that will easily take you to the entrance or the parking garage. Just a short walk away is the fantastic Østfoldhallen shopping center.

The accommodation is fenced under a large chestnut tree with its own garden. Private parking for 3 cars. It is 7-8 km to Fredrikstad or Sarpsborg city center. Bus to Fredrikstad once per hour. The floor area on the 1st floor is approx. 115 m². Here, there are two large bedrooms, a kitchen, a living room, a laundry room, and a newly renovated bathroom. The second floor has two bedrooms. Sleeping/dining area for 10 people. A high chair and a toddler bed for children are available. We ourselves live right next to the rental house, and we do not want loud parties there.

Høysand can offer a great beach with diving boards, playground, football field, volleyball courts, mini golf, tennis etc.
