Holiday rentals with a fire pit in Sarpy County

Great for our three generation family stay over the weekend. Nice bedrooms, fun activities, different indoor spaces, and great outdoor spaces. Upper tier beds and bedding helped our family stay rested through the weekend activities. Fortunately, we had perfect weather and could use the outdoor deck, patio, firepit, and grassy areas to spread out a little bit.

We had a great week with our friends from out of state that had heard about Omaha's zoo. Nothing better than getting home from a day at the zoo than getting in the pool! The kids had a great time. I would definitely stay here again!

The Olive Branch is a beautiful modern home. Spacious and comfortable for 6 people. Terry is a great host! Very responsive to questions and proactive to ensure arrival and departure go smoothly. Would definitely stay here again.

Jacy was a wonderful host. She provided all the details I needed before I needed them and was very responsive to any questions or comments I had. The house was lovely, and she had put out toys for my littles which they loved. Highly recommend.

What an incredible place to stay for a Brewery Tour weekend. The outdoor space here is amazing and the Host was helpful with insights on where to go and see the sunset etc. Made some incredible memories. We loved the fire pit, deck, and all of the space inside as well.

This home was perfect for our annual multigenerational family vacation. We had eight adults and four children ranging in age from 76 years to 7 months, and the home accommodated all of us comfortably. It served as an ideal home base for exploring Omaha—everything we wanted to do was within about a 20-minute drive. The house is exceptionally well-equipped for families with young children. The spacious closets easily fit pack-and-plays, which was a huge plus since we have three little ones still in cribs. The master bedrooms are large enough to fit an entire family of four, allowing each child to have a private, quiet sleeping area. The Yellow Submarine room was a huge hit with our granddaughter—she absolutely loved it! It added a whimsical, fun touch that made her stay even more special. The private beach and lake were phenomenal. We loved playing sand volleyball and made good use of the kayaks and grill provided—it was a highlight of our stay. Rachel, the host, was extremely respon

The house was exactly as listed. Well stocked kitchen and bathrooms with plenty of towels and linens. Quiet residential street near shopping and restaurants. Excellent, speedy communication with Naomi. Easy checkout without a giant clean up list. Would definitely stay again.

Very nice place. Unique 50's themed kitchen with a very cool vibe. Overall really nice place. Felt like you were far from town in a nice, peaceful area while being 5 minutes from any activities.

Gabriel's communication is top notch. He checked in frequently and immediately let us know when a blizzard impacted the internet and/or power. While the accommodations have all of the latest technology (smart thermostat, etc), the personal touch of Gabriel makes it perfect!

I had the opportunity to meet Denise and was delighted. She is friendly and helpful. The rooms were as described, comfortable and very clean. I didn't check before hand, but the heatung and A/C is set upstairs and you're unable to adjust it downstairs. It stays a fairly comfortable temperature thoguh and there is a portable fan in the bedroom.

We had a really nice stay! We visited some friends in Nebraska the place is very nice! The only thing is the fire alarms were super touchy, the upstairs guest cooked food that set the fire alarms off & smelled up the bottom floor. Other than that it was a super nice stay & the host even let us cook on the grill I’d definitely stay again!

We loved Steve and Kim’s space! It was the perfect size for our family and the amenities made our trip easy and stress free. Beds and pillows were comfortable, along with the couch and chair in the main living space!! It was so nice to have dish soap, a sponge, and some plates/utensils provided. The ONLY downside to this property is that it is on a busy street, and you can hear the traffic driving by. Thankfully this did not bother our kids when getting to sleep, and would not be a deal breaker for us staying here again. Steve and Kim were attentive hosts and everything was how we expected it to be-no surprises! We also appreciated the short check-out list; it felt manageable while also wrangling kids and getting ourselves ready to check out. All in all we would certainly stay here, and have already told other family members about the property!

Kelli's home was clean and had everything we needed for our long weekend in the Omaha area. Our host was kind, thoughtful, and overall a wonderful host. We will definitely stay at Kelli's again if we are in the area overnight.

This was a great place for a quiet little weekend retreat. It’s near things to do, but also just enough tucked away to be a perfect serene little hideaway to stay at. It’s got all the comforts you need, parking, and privacy.

Very nice and spacious house with a huge yard and patio facing the Elkhorn River. The house had many amenities and the host was very responsive. Upstairs bathroom had the coolest shower ever.

We couldn't be happier with the physical property and all of the items that were stocked and provided for entertainment and cooking. It was a bit more than we would normally spend but for our daughter's wedding we wanted to provide a gathering place for all of our traveling friends. I'd say it was overpriced for most people by 20% or so. BUT we loved it and Linda was the absolute epitome of an ideal host! We'll tell everyone and we'll find a reason to go back!

I loved my stay at the Malvern Depot! I walked on the Wabash Trace Nature Trail from Council Bluffs to Malvern that day and was expecting a simple and boring small town. I was surprisingly mistaken! Malvern is a great town. The depot is an awesome place to stay along the way; clean, comfortable, and cute. It is a short walk from 2-3 places to eat, Casey's, a grocery store, the art church, and local festivities. These things are usually unheard of in a town with about 1000 people. I had a great walleye dinner at the cafe. Then, the town was hosting a STEM event for the children, which included a band and a ballet performance by the Des Moines Ballet. I can't believe I had such great luck. Then the next day, I walked to Ike's Place in Shenandoah. I asked Cheryl if she knew anyone who I could pay to pick me up and take me back to my vehicle in Council Bluffs, and she offered. So, I met Cheryl and her sister, Marsheila, and had a fun ride back. Thanks, Cheryl!

This cabin was a perfect location for a mini family reunion. Beds were comfortable, everything was very clean and the kitchen provided all the appliances from home! Highly recommend morning coffee on the patio to watch the sunrise across the lake!

They cabin was beautiful and so cute to stay in with an amazing bath tub! They host was very responsive and flexible with me and my husband and super kind! Definitely thinking about staying here again!

Linda's cabin was absolutely perfect! We had a women's retreat for our church and the cabin created the perfect atmosphere to accomplish the goals of connection, growth, and renewal. We couldn't have asked for a better location. There's nothing we needed that wasn't already there and ready to go. Linda thought of everything! Thank you so much Linda. We'll definitely be back next year!

We really enjoyed our 1 night stay at the Jungalow. Perfect place for a small get together like ours!
