Holiday rentals with breakfast in Sarthe

Justine's apartment is very well equipped, very well located, with a breathtaking view of the garden on the forest of Bellême and close to all the shops in a friendly small town. The bedding is great, which doesn't spoil anything! Justine is an attentive and responsive host.

This was a very cute place to stay in an old house in the middle of the Plantagenet City. Laurent was easy to contact, flexible about booking, and greeted us and showed us around and then left us alone. The house was comfortable and had all the amenities, and it was an easy walk to everything. .

The house is extremely well located, peaceful and close to the Le Mans circuit. Perfect for a Grand Prix or 24-hour weekend. It takes ten to fifteen minutes to get there. The house is well appointed and equipped. The veranda is perfect for spending well-deserved evenings of rest after a day of touring. Catherine is a very accommodating and friendly host. The "special" weekend price for the circuit is high, as are all accommodations in the area, because there is a lot of demand. But the location close to the circuit is a big advantage. On a "normal" weekend, the location and accommodation are to be remembered for a very pleasant stay. Thank you to Catherine.

Geoffrey and Tiffany are very generous hosts! The thoughtful details such as the breakfast items and local delights were very much appreciated. We were in the area to attend the 24 Hours of Le Mans and it was a little further than we thought we wanted to be from the track. However, it was nice to get away from the traffic! It’s a very unique space with nice amenities. Perfect for a weekend getaway.

Very nice quiet cottage in the countryside, everything went very well, nothing to say. You can go there without a second thought.

Very good stay at Julie and Alwyn's. They were very available and attentive to our needs while remaining very discreet. The cottage is very functional, clean, well-equipped. The bedding is extremely comfortable. The location is very relaxing with a very nice environment. Our daughters loved feeding the sheep. We were able to enjoy the outdoors for an aperitif. Great!

Bérengère and her husband are very nice and were very welcoming. The room is exactly as described, and the location is ideal for discovering Le Mans. We would highly recommend it.

A real slice of heaven to spend a peaceful and timeless moment. Jiji and David are attentive, caring, available and accommodating. Breakfast is included in the rental, eggs from the chicken coop, bread from the local baker, charcuterie, and homemade jam, happiness. We'll be back...

Caroline’s apartment is spacious, clean and well maintained, with a full range of modern appliances. It’s in a quiet location but only 10 minutes walk from the tram and an excellent Boulangerie (go there for breakfast) and just a few minutes more on to the Circuit de La Sarthe. Caroline was communicative and responsive throughout the booking process and welcoming during our stay. We enjoyed our time there and would definitely recommend the apartment.

Great location for exploring LeMans, close to restaurants, easy to catch a tram to the track. Fantastic market on Sunday morning.

My son, father and I stayed for the LeMans 24hr event for 6 nights and our stay was amazing. We arrived a little early 30mins and Christophe arranged for his friend to check us in and was waiting for us when we arrived which was amazing. It was easy to find, very easy to get to walking from the station with our baggage. The tram stop was right out front and a grocery store 200m away. The place had everything required for our stay and the beds were very comfy. We often saw Christophe and his wife outside in three court yard with their 2 cats and it was great to chat with them. Thank you again it was a great stay! We would happily stay here again no hesitations.

Accommodation as advertised, nothing was missing, ideally located between the city and the circuit, perfect for events because close to tram lines. a big thank you to our hosts for this welcome and their tips to make our stay perfect.

Christine is a great host and always make sure that we felt at home. This is the 2nd time we have stayed at her place and it is still clean and artistic as before. My wife dropped her necklace after checking out and Christine is able to find it and make sure we receive it with the appropriate arrangement.

Three days stay for me. Very nice countryside around. the farm is peaceful and the exteriors are clean and bucolic. The bedroom and bathroom are pristine and the decor is tasteful. I'll be back! For my part, it's just missing a small microwave and a kettle. Too many dishes and handling to do in the kitchen area when you want to disconnect, but it was a detail that only engages me. Thanks to Anne and her husband for their hospitality. ps: the chicken and jam was delicious! (organic farm, you have to enjoy it)

We stopped at Patrice and Paloma's with our 3 children on the way to our vacation. We were very well received, we had the floor of the house at our disposal, i.e. 3 bedrooms and a bathroom with toilet. Patrice recommended where to eat on Le Mans. We were able to visit the 24 Hours of Le Mans Museum and Old Le Mans before heading back on the road the next day after having very good breakfast. Recommended address!

From everywhere we stayed while in France, this was our favorite by far! If you want to experience the French countryside in a beautifully furnished chateau, this is the place for you. It’s so peaceful and scenic, we absolutely loved it. Ivana made our stay that much more pleasant and her breakfast is the cherry on top! Can’t wait to come back!

We booked a night at Anne Claire's to discover the Alpes Mancelles. The stay went perfectly, the house and the rooms are beautiful, quiet, very clean. We didn't miss anything and the breakfast was delicious. Too bad, given the weather, we didn't enjoy the pool but the setting is extra! We will come back without hesitation! Thank you

Amazing! The chateau is beautiful. Biking the grounds is wonderful. Internally, without words. It's all very beautiful. I read reviews about the chateau that talked about negative points. People need to understand that maintaining and restoring something of this magnitude is complicated. A challenge! Very well executed by Chiara and family and the wonderful welcome from Achwak. The place is special! I recommend it!
