Guests are welcome to use the common facilities at our home (petanque court, swing...) 5 min drive to St Léonard des Bois, several activities: hiking, horseback riding, mountain biking as well as tree climbing, canoeing and kayaking. 5 minutes away you will find St Ceneri Le Gerei one of the most beautiful villages in France

Carefully decorated and perfectly equipped, the Ferme de la Boétie is rented in its entirety. This country house has large common areas (living room, dining room, TV area), 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Outside, enjoy the garden and meadow. In the heart of the Perche Regional Natural Park, you can explore according to your desires (tasting, flea markets, hiking, sports, spa...). Capacity: 9 adults and 3 children (extra bed on the ground floor and 2 baby beds on request).

Holiday cottage in the heart of Perche (10 min from Bellême and 50 min from Le Mans) can accommodate up to 5 people The accommodation is located on the floor of an old outbuilding and consists of a large living room, a dining room with open kitchen, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a separate toilet. The house is open to a garden where you can relax, enjoy the calm of the Percher countryside and admire our vegetable garden. We look forward to welcoming you to our haven!

We welcome you to a beautiful outbuilding of an old farmhouse restored as a gîte 15 km from Le Mans. In the countryside, come and enjoy the calm of our gîte. You can enjoy a private garden and a swimming pool (unheated) open in summer (early June > late August/early September). With a capacity of 8 guests, the gîte is ideal for families, couples or lovers of motor racing (20 min from the 24-hour circuit) and equestrian competitions (7 min from the Boulerie Jump).

A 25 mn du zoo de la Flèche. La maison comprend 3 chambres, salon avec poêle à bois, cuisine toute équipée et salle de bain avec douche et baignoire. Terrasse, grand jardin. Draps fournis. Les serviettes de bain sont en supplément : 3 € par personne.

The gite is set within spacious gardens, offering a regenerative space for mind and spirit in natural surroundings with peaceful sounds of the countryside. The wi fi has now been upgraded to fibre & is rated ‘very fast ‘ As well as the two small lakes there is a dell and bog garden. Surrounding area is excellent for walkers & cyclists. Bikes are available for guests at no extra cost.

All inclusive and in a real dairy farm, independent accommodation, with kitchen, small bathroom/WC and independent entrance, for your business trips, a family event or on the Bugatti/24H circuit, or just to stop over during a long journey. Not far from Le Mans, enjoy the calm, the rhythm of each season for a rejuvenating experience. From the private parking lot, you will cross the gardens where I grow aromatic plants and edible flowers to produce tasty herbal teas and herbs that you can find on my site.
