This country house has large common areas (living room, dining room, TV area), 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Outside, enjoy the garden and meadow. In the heart of the Perche Regional Natural Park, you can explore according to your desires (tasting, flea markets, hiking, sports, spa...). Capacity: 9 adults and 3 children (extra bed on the ground floor and 2 baby beds on request).

Justine and Richard welcome you to this ideally located accommodation in the Perche Regional Natural Park for lovers of walking, nature, forest... You will have the upper part of the cottage with all the necessary comforts. You will surely receive a warm welcome from our dog Scout or the other animals of the family, this cottage being located on our property of 10 hectares. You will be between 10 and 20 km from the small towns of Bellême, La Perrière, and Mortagne.

We welcome you to a beautiful outbuilding of an old farmhouse restored as a gîte 15 km from Le Mans. In the countryside, come and enjoy the calm of our gîte. You can enjoy a private garden and a swimming pool (unheated) open in summer (early June > late August/early September). With a capacity of 8 guests, the gîte is ideal for families, couples or lovers of motor racing (20 min from the 24-hour circuit) and equestrian competitions (7 min from the Boulerie Jump).

The gite is set within spacious gardens, offering a regenerative space for mind and spirit in natural surroundings with peaceful sounds of the countryside. The wi fi has now been upgraded to fibre & is rated ‘very fast ‘ As well as the two small lakes there is a dell and bog garden. Surrounding area is excellent for walkers & cyclists. Bikes are available for guests at no extra cost.

From the private parking lot, you will cross the gardens where I grow aromatic plants and edible flowers to produce tasty herbal teas and herbs that you can find on my site.
