Holiday rentals with lake access in Sarthe

We were at the 24-hour race in Le Mans and benefited from the good location of the team. We also enjoyed the peace and quiet in the apartment and in the lovely little garden.

The house was very nice and all shops are within walking distance. It was quiet in the evening. It really had everything you need on site!

I stayed there on the occasion of the 24 Hours of Le Mans. The house is located about 40 minutes from the circuit. The accommodation was fantastic, the house was equipped with everything you could need, clean and the neighborhood was very nice.

We had a great weekend of family climbing in your beautiful house. The setting is peaceful, bucolic, and rejuvenating. Lots of activities for children are available: soccer cages, scooters, carriers, foosball, ping-pong, billiards, etc. both the little ones and the older ones had a great time. And the older ones loved fishing in the pond. The house has large volumes, it is very beautiful, well renovated, very well equipped, tastefully decorated, ideal for reunions with family or friends. In short, a flawless one. Everything was perfect. We will keep many good memories of this wonderful weekend and will return with great pleasure.

Very spacious and pleasant house. Beautiful exterior. We stayed with 10 people (5 couples) and didn't miss anything. Garage for 4 motorcycles, very appreciable.

Very good accommodation

Clean accommodation, very well equipped, and easy to access that allowed me to enjoy the Moto GP race at the Bugatti circuit (20 min drive). Nadjia responded clearly and quickly to my few questions. I recommend.

What a fantastic place to have a family holiday! We stayed in an apartment and it was spacious enough for a family of 5, well equipped and comfortable. Facilities on site were excellent, our children attended the kids club a few times and made lots of new friends. The pool area with loungers was our favorite spot, we had great weather which helped. The staff here were also exceptional, suggesting places to visit and when we had car trouble they were so kind and helpful with translation. Would highly recommend for a family holiday.

Cute, quirky little apartment in the centre of Saint-Calais. The owner has put a lot of care and attention into decorating this place and making it comfortable for guests. The staircase to the bathroom and sleeping area is VERY steep but this is clearly explained in the listing Sophie is really responsive and a great host

Fantastic place. Bigger than the pictures show. Excellent pool. Great place to visit Le Mans, Alencon, Fresnay Sur Sarthe as well as the local activities like Lake, Climbing, hiking and fishing. We had a fantastic time. English owners make the communication very convenient with my French language taking some time to get to a decent level. Very friendly people. Did not expected the dishwasher. Also the barbecue was very handy even that we did not use.

Pam and Ingemar were just so nice ! They looked after us so well ( delicious home made bread ,food in the fridge) and their cottage is very confortable, in the middle of nature. It's peaceful and quite. Wonderful to rest. The zoo is roughly 8 minutes driving. We hope to come back !

A very nice stay in Le Perche with the family. The house is nice, well-equipped and very typical, located next to a small pond and games for children (swing, etc.). Perfect for a quiet holiday!

Really great stay at the Salt House. Everything was as described. The hose was comfortable and clean and had everything you would need.
