Notre maison est située en pleine campagne, au calme, près de Nocé et à 1h45 de Paris. Venez vous ressourcer ! Nous sommes à 1h45 des plages normandes et 1h30 des châteaux de la Loire. C'est notre résidence secondaire (pas une maison louée à l'année). Elle contient donc une partie de nos souvenirs, mais sommes heureux de la partager ! Vous croiserez deux petites chattes recueillies en août 2021. Très douces avec les enfants, autonomes grâce à la chatière. Allergiques aux chats, s'abstenir 😉

This 210m² troglodyte dwelling overlooks the Loire Valley. It enjoys an exceptional view and a nice terrace of 70 m² facing south. The sunny terrace serves three large troglodytes, connected by galleries, a 5-meter ceiling space, 2 bedrooms with double beds, 4 double sofa beds and 4 extra beds for 1 person Located in the city center of Trôo, 30 minutes from the TER station of Vendôme and 45 minutes from Paris by train or 2 hours 20 minutes by car via the A10.

On the ground floor, it consists of a fitted and equipped kitchen, a dining room with a games area (high-end foosball) and pellet stove, a cinema room, a bathroom and toilet.
