Dora and her spouse welcomed us beautifully, a lot of advice; addresses of good restaurants, they inquired about our expectations and gave us several tips in this regard. The apartment is large, bright, well-equipped and beautifully located. We would recommend this listing without any restrictions. If I go back to Matera, I'll stay there again!! Quiet and very functional apartment, easy access by car for luggage and free parking nearby; possibility to walk to visit the sassi and the tourist center of Matera. Very good.

It was three wonderful days: Matera a real gem to visit absolutely, but the gem was Bruna's apartment. I would like to emphasize the extreme cleanliness (also noted in every detail ), the apartment seems brand new because it is well kept and the huge spa bathtub with hydromassage and chromotherapy is a unique cuddle. Every detail is taken care of with extreme attention . It's happened in the past that the selected apartments might have something different from the description . Instead, everything was perfect here, above expectations . Bruna even made us find water, coffee , sweets and more for two breakfasts ( absolutely not included) . We slept better than at home on very comfortable mattresses and pillows . Anyone who asks me for something about Matera I will recommend staying in this apartment. We had a fantastic experience at Nico’s place in Matera. The apartment was immaculate—modern, beautifully designed, and exactly as pictured. It was sparkling clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Nico and Rossana were incredibly thoughtful hosts and even left us delicious pastries to enjoy on arrival. The location is great—just a pleasant 20–25 minute walk to the Sassi area. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay. Highly recommended!

Vincenza’s place was perfect for us in every way! Every request or question that we had of him was answered immediately. This place is modern and very very clean. My wife loves saunas, and there is one in the bathroom, which was a huge bonus for her! A perfect location to see the ancient city. Parking is right in front of the apartment with a gate to get in. We felt extremely safe and comfortable the entire time. Thank you Enzo!!!

We stayed one night at Rocio's on the occasion of a visit to Matera. The location is great because you can arrive by car, parking right in front to unload the suitcases. I confirm that it takes 5 minutes on foot to access the Sassi, and there, the magic happens immediately. We did a good ten kilometers arriving in the late afternoon to visit this exceptional site. Rocio was very attentive, asking us if the heating was sufficient, etc... smooth and friendly communication. We highly recommend it, go ahead without hesitation!

The location is fantastic, absolutely central in Matera. You are direktly in the heart of Sassi. The apartment is indescribably great. I love the cave apartment. It is one of my best stay ever. The communication is excellent. We had a really good time there. If i visit Matera again, i will definitely stay here again.

Our stay was absolutley fanatastic. To stay in the old town of Matera was wonderful. Our party of 6, 3 couples, enjoyed the whole experience immensley. A wonderful touch was the breakfast basket each morning from the local bakery. Outstanding on all fronts.

We stayed in Nico's beautiful apartment for 5 days and used it as a perfect base to explore not only Matera but also other nearby tourist gems like Alberobello. The location was ideal—just a short walk to the entrance of the Sassi and conveniently close to a multi-storey car park. The apartment was spotlessly clean and very well equipped, with a fully functional kitchen. The quiet location, combined with blackout blinds in the bedrooms, made for an exceptionally peaceful night’s sleep. Communication in English was excellent and our arrival was well coordinated. Highly recommend "Le Ferule" for anyone wanting a comfortable, well-located place to stay while exploring Matera and the surrounding area!

Everything was fantastic, and the apartment and the location and the hosts, we had delicious gifts, the beds were very comfortable, it's cozy and has everything we needed, we will come back again if we are visiting Bari again!

LOVEEE THIS! IT WAS PERFECT! The villa was perfectly peaceful and serene in the middle of small town Conversano. Right next to the town center with lots of places to eat! Could not recommend it enough!!! You would not regret booking it!

Silvia ‘s place is great for our group because there are 2 units in the same buildings. As we are unable to communicate in Italian, there is a bit of confusion how to meet with Silvia for checkin. Silvia is very quick response and provides many good suggestions for locals visit. The place is very peaceful, nice and clean. If you want to have the parking garage, you are required to inform Silvia in advance for fee. There is some street parking for free. If you like to park on street near the rental, that could be challenge to find one. Do not be surprised if you see many trash all around in front of the building. Once, you enter the building that would be clean.

We had a great stay and would highly recommend to anyone staying in Polignano a Mare! Vito and Valeria were very helpful and friendly throughout all communications and were flexible with our last minute check in which we really appreciated. The place was clean and very comfortable - it was even better than we had expected. Perfectly positioned within walking distance to the centre, but still quiet and peaceful. The jacuzzi on the rooftop is great too. We would definitely stay again!

We were very pleased to be met at the door as we arrived & taken into the apartment & shown around. Excellent location, midway between the central railway station & the old town. Facilities of very high standard.
