The apartment (45m²+ private patio) is located on the banks of the Saône, a 5-minute walk from the historic old Lyon district. Located on the 1st floor (no elevator), hillside of an old building on the bank of the Saône river, the building corridor is a little rustic (17th century). The apartment has been fully redesigned, keeping its authenticity. I made it my refuge, away from the hustle and bustle of Lyon. However, this place is not to everyone’s taste 😊. I describe later the pros & cons.

Charming studio, independent, air-conditioned

Independent studio in small property with self check-in. Amenities: Microwave, Tassimo, kettle, fridge, WiFi, air conditioning... The sleeping area is in an attic mezzanine, with a double bed with quality bedding. This 6.2 m² night space has a height of 1.3 m at the highest, you will have to duck. Great location: - 10-minute walk to the gendarmerie examination center - Sathonay station 500 m away, (Part-Dieu in 8 minutes) - Bus stop line 9 at 600 m, (35 minutes from Lyon city center)

Détendez-vous dans ce logement calme et élégant. Studio accolé à notre résidence principale tout équipé avec cuisine de 36 m2 neuf, pouvant accueillir jusqu'à 4 voyageurs (une chambre avec un grand lit et un canapé-lit). Situé à 20 minutes en voiture (parking possible dans la cour) du centre ville ou par train (8 minutes à pied de la gare de Sathonay-Rillieux-la-pape), vous rejoindrez le centre de ville de Lyon en 15 minutes par le train. Animal de compagnie interdit dans le logement.

In the smallest village of the Lyon metropolitan area, Rochetaillée, a space of tranquility and greenery. Pierre de Lune is an independent studio in an old building in Pierre Dorée. With its own terrace, it is away from the noise but close to everything, from Lyon (30 minutes by bus, stop 100 m away) as well as shops, restaurants and walks along the Saône. A quiet corner to rest and discover the charms of old Rochetaillée, close to the guinguettes and the Monts d'Or.

900 sq ft quiet and bright air-conditioned luxury loft, with private parking space. Sandrine - a well-known Lyonnaise interior designer - has entirely redesigned and decorated her apartment. The location is ideal for exploring the city (the metro is 5 minutes’ walk) and the trendy and authentic neighborhood of “la Croix Rousse” has numerous chic or bohemian restaurants, terraces, cafés, and shops and a daily food market. In terms of transport: - public transport (bus stop 200 m away; Part-Dieu station 12 km away) - A6 and A7 highways accessible via the Rocade EST de Lyon It is also possible to jog in the surrounding fields and woods!
