The apartment (45m²+ private patio) is located on the banks of the Saône, a 5-minute walk from the historic old Lyon district. Located on the 1st floor (no elevator), hillside of an old building on the bank of the Saône river, the building corridor is a little rustic (17th century). The apartment has been fully redesigned, keeping its authenticity. I made it my refuge, away from the hustle and bustle of Lyon. However, this place is not to everyone’s taste 😊. I describe later the pros & cons.

Studio accolé à notre résidence principale tout équipé avec cuisine de 36 m2 neuf, pouvant accueillir jusqu'à 4 voyageurs (une chambre avec un grand lit et un canapé-lit). Situé à 20 minutes en voiture (parking possible dans la cour) du centre ville ou par train (8 minutes à pied de la gare de Sathonay-Rillieux-la-pape), vous rejoindrez le centre de ville de Lyon en 15 minutes par le train. Animal de compagnie interdit dans le logement.

Shops, markets and restaurants next door. Very spacious and bright, in an old building of character secured by double digicode, on the 4th floor with elevator. Lateral view of the "Place des Jacobins". Near all means of transport, places to visit. Optional parking 20 € / overnight stay.
