The apartment (45m²+ private patio) is located on the banks of the Saône, a 5-minute walk from the historic old Lyon district. Located on the 1st floor (no elevator), hillside of an old building on the bank of the Saône river, the building corridor is a little rustic (17th century). The apartment has been fully redesigned, keeping its authenticity. I made it my refuge, away from the hustle and bustle of Lyon. However, this place is not to everyone’s taste 😊. I describe later the pros & cons.

Nid de calme absolu dans un des quartiers les plus animé et chic de Lyon. Idéale pour personne en déplacement professionnelle ou pour couple souhaitant découvrir la ville. Le logement est situé à pied à : -30 secondes des transports en commun et commerces. -15 min de la gare part-dieu/navette directe pour l'aéroport. -3 min du parc de la tête d'or poumon de la ville. -Cuisine entièrement équipée avec couteaux qui coupent :) -Quartier avec les meilleurs bars/restaurants/night-club de Lyon.

Garden Level in a Cozy House

Calme et ressourçant, tels sont les maîtres mots de ce logis situé en rez de jardin d'une maison de famille. Admirez la vue sur le Rhône depuis votre terrasse. Parfaitement équipé, il dispose d'une chambre avec un lit Queen Size de 2 x 80x200 ou d'une literie 160*200 , d'une SB baignoire, d'une cuisine avec tous les ustensiles nécessaires et d'une méridienne de 177*78 cm pouvant servir de lit pour un enfant. Park couvert à 200m en bas du jardin. Attention : accès par petite allée pavée.

Charmant appartement design tout équipé et entièrement rénové. Il est situé dans le quartier Jean-Macé-Universités, proche de la gare Part-Dieu, Perrache et de la place Bellecour. Il est très bien desservi (Métro, tramway et bus à 5 min à pied). Tout confort : Séjour avec cuisine équipée, chambre séparée avec bloc climatisation. Wifi, TV HD, lave linge, frigo, four, micro-onde, plaque de cuisson induction, machine nespresso, théière, sèche-cheveux, table et fer à repasser, coffre-fort)

Studio du Chêne

Détendez-vous dans ce logement calme et élégant. Studio accolé à notre résidence principale tout équipé avec cuisine de 36 m2 neuf, pouvant accueillir jusqu'à 4 voyageurs (une chambre avec un grand lit et un canapé-lit). Situé à 20 minutes en voiture (parking possible dans la cour) du centre ville ou par train (8 minutes à pied de la gare de Sathonay-Rillieux-la-pape), vous rejoindrez le centre de ville de Lyon en 15 minutes par le train. Animal de compagnie interdit dans le logement.

It consists of a living room with TV area and sofa bed, a fully equipped open kitchen, a large bedroom with 160 bed (opening onto the living room through a glass wall), and a shower room. Possibility of a baby bed in the bedroom. The bay window opens onto the garden where a barbecue area will be set up just for you (when the season is right).
