Fantastic time at Jan's house. It was perfect for my family, very spacious and ticked all the boxes for us. Very peaceful and private, staff very helpful and amenities very good. We regularly used the gym and pool. Jan was a great host, very responsive and thoughtful with the way the house was presented. I would recommend own transport if you stay here, we had a car so it was no issue for us. Bang Sare is 10 min drive and Sattahip around 15 mins, both are great for food, drink and relaxation. Jans place is definitely recommended.👍🏻

房间干净，设备齐全，台球桌、泳池、电视、音响…厨房用品也足够使用。唯一美中不足的是卫生间下水有些问题，可以联系管家处理。总体来说非常满意的一次体验！

Everything was great. The house is amazing: 1) very clean, 2) mosquito nets, 3) land for walking barefoot (grounding) Super quite area. Owner was friendly. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

We recently had the pleasure of staying at this villa with our family of eight for eight days, and we couldn't have asked for a better experience! The villa was well equipped with everything we needed to move in and live comfortably. From kitchen essentials to cozy living spaces, it truly felt like a home away from home. Our host was fantastic—very responsive and helpful with any questions we had throughout our stay, which made our experience even more enjoyable. Overall, we highly recommend this villa to anyone looking for a great getaway. We will definitely choose to stay here again on our next visit.

Very nice place to stay and amazing host. Very helpful and responsive host. Easy check in and check out process. The host came to give our deposit back at 5 am in the morning because we had to check out at that time, and i felt that it was very kind of him

We had booked the villa for 3 nights. During the booking process the owner responded very fast and did follow up with warm hospitality. On check in day, he would obtain our vehicle number to inform gate security in advance so we don’t have any problem when getting in. The nice lady who opened door for us explained the facilities and rules to us very details. The villa is clean and prefect for families and friends group as most of the bed are double bed with own bathroom so you can have 3 families of 4 stay in the same villa without queuing for bathroom. Entertainment facilities are well organised and thoughtful, it have pool table, karaoke and BBQ facilities, not to mention the clean and beautiful pool. Check out process were very smooth too, the lady came on time and check everything and let us leave the villa gave us enough time to catch our flight. We highly recommend to book with Eddie.

Staying here was just perfect! The host was great and staying in touch and the villa was perfect - it was everything in the description. Cleaners came everyday to clean and replenish stocks of coffee and water which was wonderful. Private and in a quiet, well kept road, it is a perfect place to relax. It's only a 3 minute walk to the beach, which has some local restaurants and bars on it, whilst if you want more choice, it's a short taxi ride to Pattaya. Would recommend it highly.

We were very pleased with this accommodation from the moment we opened the door. The view from just about every area in the house was amazing. Great location, walkable with plenty of restaurants in the area. Nice ice cream parlor on the bottom floor. I highly recommend this place and will definitely be staying again upon my next visit.

A great place to stay, view to the sea is amazing everything on your doorstep. Great pool well equipped flat. The host was very kind 5 * All ways round 👍

Great condo in a great complex. Condo had extra appliances for cooking etc. only issue for me was the location as its is quite a distance to the city area but other then that great condo fully recommend. Definitely more suited for people looking for a quiet place far from the busy city area. Condo complex facilities are great, especially the pool areas and also a private beach access.

merci a hara et Paul qui m'ont accueilli comme si j'étais chez moi. jai passé un long séjour chez vous avec ma compagne et nous avons étais ravis. le staf très accueillant et toujours disponible. l'appartement étais très bien équipée nous avons souvent cuisiner et mangé sur le balcon. encore merci Paul et hara pour le déjeuner que vous nous avez offert pour Noël .Paul et hara vous êtes vraiment super ne changez pas et a très bientôt pour un prochain séjour je l'espère. encore Merci beaucoup

Les hôtes ont été hyper réactifs et conciliants notamment sur l'heure d'arrivée et de départ. A la moindre question ils m'ont répondu très rapidement. Concernant le logement, il n'y avait aucune mauvaise surprise en arrivant, tout était telle que décrite dans l'annonce. Le logement est par ailleurs bien situé, et au calme, loin du tumulte de Pattaya. Un grand merci aux hôtes, je garde cette adresse dans mes favoris ^^ Khob khun khrap !

Wanted to stay longer

I stayed with kids, and we had a great time ! It's just as described, very convenient with all the amenities and 711s. The kids loved the pool and slide. The place really has everything you need ! The host was super responsive and helpful. The only thing is that Jomtien beach is not very clean, but you can visit Sai Kaew beach nearby which is amazing !

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at Namthip’s Airbnb! The place was spotless, stylish, and exactly as described in the listing. The location was perfect—walk in to the private beach and attractions, yet quiet enough for a relaxing getaway. Namthip was an exceptional host, quick to respond to any questions and incredibly welcoming. The little touches, like a thoughtfully curated welcome basket and clear check-in instructions, made the experience even better. The bed was super comfortable, and the Wi-Fi was fast and reliable—perfect for both work and streaming. I’d highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area and would love to come back myself!

Nice and quiet place away from the loud nightlife. Would definitely visit again if I want to be in this area. Beach access. Good ac. Comfortable bed. Clean. Rooftop pool. Only minus is tv has no Netflix because of an outdated tv box. Apple TV and other apps work fine.

Habe Aufenthalt insgesamt sehr genoßen. Gute, quirlige lage am hafen/tempel, dadurch manchmal etwas lauter. Zur Verfügung gestellte räder sind eher schlecht.

Die Wohnung ist sehr klein und sehr sehr warm (klimaanlage muss laufen) Die Lage ist mega gut, direkt an einem wunderschönen strand etwas abseits von pattaya. die ecke ist wunderschön. es gibt cafes und thai streetfood direkt daneben. das wlan hat mäßig funktioniert, wenn man arbeitet sollte man sich um eigenes netz kümmern. alles in allem gut. die wohnung war echt sauber und wirklich schön eingerichtet.

Zeer goed goed in orde appartement. Ziet er uit zoals op de foto’s. Iets rustigere locatie een 15 minuten rijden van pattaya. Leuk strand ervoor.

I loved this place, all very good, beach front property, and many other nice places, you can do a lot things, and very friendly and helpful hosts, they gave us excellent a advices of the places that you can visit, I won’t hesitate to hesitate to return there.

Отличное кондо, замечательная квартира и отзывчивая хозяйка ❤️ Квартира полностью соответствует описанию, по наполнение- даже больше, чем мы ожидали: на кухне есть плита, полноценный холодильник, вся необходимая посуда для 4х человек, рисоварка, кофеварка, микроволновка, тостер; в ванной: гель, шампунь, фен, плойка, утюжок для волос; также есть пылесос, вентиляторы, кондиционеры, сушилка для белья. Матрас хороший, подушки удобные, диван чистый Кондо вполне новый, расположен немного удалено, но при это я вся инфраструктура имеется. Есть детская комната, коворкинг, тренажерка, бильярд. До пляжа 5 минут, ресторанчики и массажницы поблизости, до 7/11 минут 10 пешком Из минусов- в квартире есть муравьи Nuke постоянно на связи, отвечает быстро, старается помочь. Огромная благодарность Вам за наш комфорт во время отпуска 🙏 ❤️
