Accès piscine chauffée ( de mai au 15 septembre) ,espace extérieur partagé avec les propriétaires ; jacuzzi réservé aux locataires. Le studio est attenant à notre maison mais l'entrée est indépendante. Situé à 10 mn en voiture des plages de Seignosse, Hossegor et Capbreton, à 25mn de Bayonne et 50 mn de l'Espagne. Nombreux départs de pistes cyclables. Parking fermé dans la cour.

Every year in August, we invite friends, artists and architects to produce their projects and work with us at "Maison Merveille". We are a non profit organization and the one room we rent will help finance some of our production costs to improve the quality of the house and atelier. The house is located in the center of little town Saint Vincent de Tyrosse. It is a good location if you want to explore the region's amazing diversity of nature, landscapes and beaches. We have good tips!

Bonjour, Le logement est relié à la fibre. Le logement que nous proposons est récent et attenant à notre maison. Il se situe à 15mn de l'océan, il accueille 2 adultes . Nous acceptons les petits chiens (nous consulter au préalable) qui s'entendent bien avec les chats. Les animaux ne doivent pas rester seuls dans le logement. Le logement est situé dans un village à l'orée du bois communal.
