Welcome to our fully renovated house in the very center of the village of La Brède, famous for Montesquieu. We are located in the heart of the vineyard area called « graves » just next to « Pessac-Léognan ». The local shops are walking distance and offer lot of choice (3 bakeries, 2 butchers, a grocer…) so you won’t have to go far to fill the fridge ! The kitchen/living room opens onto a sunny terrace as well as a little garden, perfect for sipping wine while watching the kids play !

The Perchoir des Graves

Come and experience an unusual night in complete privacy and take a break perched in the heart of the Pessac-Léognan vineyards. This tree house perched more than 5 meters high in an oak grove with jacuzzi and reading net will allow you to relax and enjoy the view of the vineyards. The accommodation is located 500 meters from Sources de Caudalie, 20 minutes from Bordeaux, less than an hour from Arcachon and about 30 minutes from Bordeaux-Mérignac Airport. Breakfast is included!

Le Bois du Martinet Gîte

Located 25 minutes from Bordeaux, 12 minutes from La Brède, 15 minutes from Lake Hostens, 45 minutes from Lake Sanguinet, 1 hour from Biscarosse, the Dune du Pilat or Arcachon. This 75 m2 cottage is quietly located facing the forest, with bike paths directly accessible. This independent accommodation includes two pretty bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom and a separate toilet. Towels and sheets will be provided with great pleasure. Lovely little bright fisherman's house. Close to the ocean, you will be a few steps from the beach. Close to shops and activities, you can easily do everything on foot but BEWARE in summer our seaside resort is very busy and our little house close to entertainment (concerts) and restaurants loses its tranquility, especially in the evening. Ideal for a couple with 2 children. We often come to enjoy this little cocoon and we are happy to share it with you!
