Die ländliche Ferienwohnung wurde 2024 neu gebaut und liegt in ruhiger, idyllischer Lage zwischen München und den Bergen auf einem Bio Bauernhof mit Milchviehbetrieb. Die Wohnung ist klimaneutral und wurde mit viel Liebe und qualitativ hochwertigen Möbeln im ländlichen Stil eingerichtet und befindet sich auf einem Bauernhof. Der Whirlpool mit Bergblick, sowie die Sonnenterrasse laden zum Entspannen ein. Der Whirlpool ist ganzjährig nutzbar, gemeinschaftlich mit unseren zweiten Ferienwohnung.

The house has 4 bedrooms, a whirlpool, a well equipped kitchen, a games room, a living room with fireplace, large sofas & TV. There are 3 showers in total and two bathrooms. We want to provide a safe retreat and a home away from home in these crazy times. We will always disinfect the house thoroughly!

You will be surrounded by forest and fields, but still you can arrive the city center in less than half an hour by train. We have recently renovated this beautiful old Bavarian house. We made a big effort to create a special and artistical studio in the attic. A silent hideout, perfect for couples. You can enjoy countrysite lifestyle and still be close to the city.

In the middle of a meadow with orchards, our vacation home is in a secluded location. The old part from the 16th century was formerly used as a granary. The large terrace is for the exclusive use of our guests. Garden furniture, deck chairs and a grill are provided.
