In the beautiful south of Munich is our fully equipped apartment with a balcony on the top floor of a terraced corner house, parking is available on the street. By car, it takes about 20 minutes to downtown, within walking distance (approx. 10 minutes) through the greenery to the S-Bahn and regional train (approx. 25 minutes to Marienplatz or central station in approx. 15 minutes). Forest, road bike track for sports enthusiasts right around the corner

The apartment is located on the north side. part of the English Garden. It's just a few minutes' walk to the U-Bahn [subway]. In just 7 minutes by car you are directly in Schwabing and in just 13 minutes at Marienplatz The Allianz Arena is 2 stops away. The MOC exhibition grounds are within walking distance. Supermarket, bakery, as well as some restaurants and beer garden are very close. The apartment has a small fully equipped kitchen. Washing machine and dryer (coins) Wi-Fi is available.

Sie liegt 35 km südlich von München, 13 km vom Starnberger See und 19 km von der sehenswerten Stadt Bad Tölz entfernt. Die schönen Isarauen sind fußläufig in ein paar Minuten zu erreichen. Supermarkt in 1 Minute mit dem Auto. Gut ausgebaute Radnetze sind auch vorhanden. Im Nachbarort gibt es S-Bahn Anschluss nach München.

Excursions to Munich and the beautiful Bavarian countryside can easily be made by car or by train. You can use the garden and bicycles.
