Holiday rentals with beach access in Saujon

Upon our arrival, JP was there to welcome us, smiling, kind and friendly. He introduced us to the place, which was completely in line with the description of the listing. During our stay, he was very discreet, although always available to our requests. If you are looking for a very clean, quiet and pleasant resort, close to the sea and the center of Royan. We had a pleasant stay in a very nice and very quiet apartment. We did not have the opportunity to meet Sandra, however a bottle of wine and a package of cakes were waiting for us on the table when we arrived. Saint Palais sur mer is a very pretty seaside town and the wild coast is beautiful.

Functional accommodation. It is close to the center and the beach, it is very convenient, you can do everything on foot. Check-in is very easy, everything is well explained and Lucie responds very quickly to messages. I totally recommend it. A little extra would be a clothesline, and then it would be perfect. ☺️

A very nice apartment with a view of the harbor entrance - located between the Ketten and Laternenturm. The accommodation is located in a beautiful old house made of white limestone. The apartment was well ventilated by many skylights and the slopes make the apartment very charming. There are a variety of restaurants in the immediate vicinity, a beach is 5 minutes away and the city center of La Rochelle is also a few minutes away. We arrived by train and did a lot on foot or by rental bike. The accommodation is also within walking distance of the train station.

A very central and comfortable apartment on the first floor. The location at the market and close to good coffee shops and restaurants is perfect. The kitchen is well equipped, a nice shower and use of a plug in fan for hot evenings. The second bedroom is smaller but we didn’t use this. Baby facilities of a cot, changing table etc also very useful. Thank you Clotilde!

We had a great stay in this small apartment, very well arranged and tastefully decorated. It is located in a very quiet area, close to Soulac-sur-Mer, and enjoys an ideal location. The balcony offers a superb view of the ocean and magnificent sunsets, a real plus ☀️ Another very appreciable bonus: the provision of two bicycles, which allowed us to enjoy the surroundings without using the car, which remained parked for two days. A perfect stay, we recommend without hesitation!

We were hosted very well by Myriam. His professionalism and good humor allowed us to start our stay in the best conditions! The accommodation is consistent with the photos and very well equipped. Its location is also ideal for many walks on the coastal trail. Highly recommended! 😎

Carmen is a great host, very responsive, helpful and friendly. Her place is fab, in a great location by the lagoon. As two families we enjoyed the privacy of the ensuite room with separate entrance. Having another ensuite and separate bathroom worked well for us. The main space with a little kitchen area at the back was well used too, opening out onto the terraces with ever changing views of the sea and amazing sunsets. The only issue, out of our host's control, was the bugs - mosquitoes weren't repelled by our repellent or deterred by long clothes, and the gnats and wasps were also persistent during the sunny weather. La Plage restaurant, two doors along, is welcoming for drinks and great seafood. There is an obstacle course and exercise route just along the prom for the kids as well as a baguette machine and another restaurant which rarely seemed to be open! Lidl, E Leclerc and Intermarche are within 10 mins drive. La Rochelle and Cognac within 1 hour. We would happily return.

Excellent stay at Sophie's, the accommodation is ideal for a couple, there is everything as at home. Very quiet environment, and the restaurant recommended by Sophie was excellent.

New housing, tastefully decorated, open to a peaceful patio that invites you to relax. Ideally located between the various beaches and a 25-minute walk from the iconic Royan market. Emmanuelle is available, warm and gives good advice.

Accommodation matches the description and photos! Very clean and well-equipped accommodation. Responsive, friendly host with clear instructions for check-in. I recommend it to have a good stay!

Excellent accommodation very close to the centre of Royan and several beaches. The house had everything we needed and a great garden with a BBQ. Would definitely recommend!

Beautiful studio, very clean and well-equipped, with a good real bed and a small terrace. Well located, close to the beaches of Vaux-sur-Mer and Saint-Palais, easily accessible on foot as well as shops. We also enjoyed the quiet, the view of the trees framing a small piece of sea and the reserved parking. In addition, the host welcomes us in person, for once it is not a key box, it is appreciable.

Catherine and Gérald are extremely kind, very attentive so that everything goes perfectly well. We felt at home. I highly recommend it. Top location, the sea a few meters away… the parking is very popular and the residence is quiet. Very comfortable bedding, bed made on arrival and towels included. The washing machine is also a plus. We really enjoyed the spirit of our hosts and the accommodation.
