The apartment, which was completely renovated in 2021, is optimally equipped for 2 people and invites you to linger in the large living area, bedroom or terrace.

Furthermore, the apartment includes a parking space as well as a terrace in a quiet location. Wifi is available. The apartment has been completely renovated and has been available to you as a vacationer for the first time since January 25. We would love to welcome you as guests to our apartment.

The south-facing apartment offers a great view of the Alpine world of Karwendel and Wetterstein. It has been recently renovated and furnished. There are sleeping accommodations for up to 4 people - but it is ideal for 2-3 people. The apartment has almost 40 m² of very clean living space: dining-living room (with spacious, fully equipped kitchenette), bedroom (with wide double bed and new mattresses), private bathroom with natural light, south-facing balcony, private parking.

Bad Kohlgrub, as Germany's highest moor resort, invites you to relax with its rural surroundings, but also offers numerous excursion opportunities to mountains, lakes, castles, etc. due to its top location. Our local mountain "Hörnle" is a popular destination in both summer and winter. You can walk to the valley station from the property in just 10 minutes.

In our high-quality and stylish tree house, which is furnished with a lot of love for detail, you will find an enchanting retreat for rest and relaxation. From the loft bed you can watch the starry sky and the forest animals. A special experience is also our own dairy goats.

This unique place has a style on its own. Even though it is „only“ a studio you have lots and lots of room and opportunity to hang out. The TV is very versatile and you can choose if you’d want to watch TV from the couch or sitting in the chairs around the kitchen table. The sun room is my favourite spot with 2 unique seating arrangements that are very comfy.
