Angélique and Romane welcome you to this 2021 house located quietly at the end of a private cul-de-sac. The Marcs d'Or district is located in Dijon on one of these heights and is a few minutes from the train station, the city center, the Route des Grands Crus and the International City of Gastronomy and Wine. You will have private parking for two vehicles in front of the house as well as three bus lines within a radius of less than a kilometer. Languages: English and Italian

The vanishing point,

Beire-le-Châtel is a small peaceful village in the countryside by a river, located northeast of Dijon. It has a rich historical past as well as landscapes of plains and forests, suitable for walks. It is located 22 km from the center of Dijon, capital of the Dukes of Burgundy and city of art and history, but also from the Wine Route and the city of Beaune. Let's not forget Bèze, 5 minutes away, with its underground cave which is one of the most beautiful villages in France.

With family, friends, professional stay, we designed the workshop as if it were for us. Rated 3 stars by the tourist office, functional, comfortable, quiet, you will just have to enjoy this peaceful retreat. The historic center is a 12-minute walk away. Forget your car by parking it on our street where parking is free! Museums, market, Caroussel swimming pool, Colombière park, restaurants... everyone will find something to enjoy! I remain at your disposal, don't hesitate.

Ideally located in the heart of the village, this quiet house is attached to a fully renovated farmhouse. Accommodates up to 5 people. Composed of 2 large bedrooms upstairs (one with 2 beds, the other with 3), as well as a bathroom and a separate toilet. On the ground floor, you can enjoy a 27 m2 living room with fully equipped kitchen and a lounge/TV area. CEA Valduc is 25 minutes away. Is-sur-Tille train station is a 5-minute walk. 15 min from Dijon by car.

Small house in the heart of a typical Burgundian village north of Dijon. Ideally located 7 km from the city center, 5 km from the Zenith Arena and 6 km from the gastronomic city and 7 km from the Norges Golf Course as well as 5 km from the Valmy business center. Our cottage has its own entrance and consists of a fully equipped kitchen, a bedroom with double bed and desk area, bathroom, toilet. You also have the option to request a crib. Linens provided.

I wanted it to be warm and comfortable so that my guests could spend relaxing and rejuvenating moments there. To create a true wellness experience, a spa is available on the terrace as well as a home cinema in the living room. I also offer breakfast as well as appetizer boards and a selection of local drinks and wines.

Welcome to our 120 m² CHARMING COTTAGE with panoramic views of the Hautes Côtes de Nuits vineyards and a 2000 m² garden. It dates from the 19th century and was completely renovated in 2015. Outbuildings will allow you to store your bikes safely and securely. This cottage has been awarded the "Vignobles & Découvertes" label. It is perfectly insulated to accommodate you comfortably in SUMMER and WINTER.
