The property consists of an open plan living room with kitchen, sofa bed, television, WIFI & breakfast bar. Accessed by a spiral staircase, upstairs is a mezzanine double bedroom & en-suite bathroom. Outside you have your own shaded garden or full sun-terrace with lovely sunsets views. For winter visitors there is underfloor heating with thermostat control.

This family home, partly from the 17th century, is an old water mill. It is located in a small hamlet in the countryside between Périgord and Quercy. The outdoor spaces are large, with a small pond nearby.
