The Gîte is an old percheron farmhouse facing the countryside where evenings with music are not allowed. It is located next to another house. There are 4 large bedrooms and 1 smaller bedroom. The 4 large bedrooms are with 90/190 beds that I put together for couples. There are 2 extra 90/190 folding beds. Located 5 minutes from the La Ferté-Bernard highway exit with its shops and activities which I invite you to look at on the tourist office.

Our house is 5 minutes from highway exit no. 23. The floor has a private entrance. La Petite Maison is the old flour attic of the adjoining mill where we live. It welcomes you in a peaceful setting, shared with our 3 goats and our 2 Ouessant sheep. You will enjoy the gentle melody of the water that runs in the headrace along the enclosed garden at your exclusive disposal. Ideally located, the Petite Maison is an oasis of calm after busy days. We also offer boxes for your horses at an additional cost.
