Le logement se compose de 2 chambres mansardées à l'étage. Au rez de chaussée : salle de bain (baignoire), WC indépendant, ainsi qu'une pièce de vie avec un nouveau coin cuisine ! Vous pourrez également profiter de l'extérieur grâce au salon de jardin. Seule l'entrée est commune avec ma maison (accès condamné lorsque c'est loué).

The Gîte is an old percheron farmhouse facing the countryside where evenings with music are not allowed. It is located next to another house. There are 4 large bedrooms and 1 smaller bedroom. The 4 large bedrooms are with 90/190 beds that I put together for couples. There are 2 extra 90/190 folding beds. Located 5 minutes from the La Ferté-Bernard highway exit with its shops and activities which I invite you to look at on the tourist office.
