The new, fully equipped villa is situated in a tranquil location on the shore of the clear and pristine Lake Kuolimo. It is the perfect place to escape from everyday life and enjoy nature. The main building is located on top of a hill, and almost every window offers beautiful lake views. Along the shoreline, there is also a separate sauna building. The villa is suited for families or small groups. Parties or other big catherings are not allowed. The stated number of guests must not be exceeded.

I have a few Air bnb apartments in same building. Building it self has been built 1906 its a strong building with 70cm thick brick walls. Hole building is totally re-built by my self. My own apartment win "Luxury houses of Finland" TV series a few years a go. This Air bnb flat is 32m2 with Sauna, its a quiet place towards of lake Saimaa and only 600m from town center of Lappeenranta. We try to show apartment ourselves and give the key when its possible but we can put key also to Mastelock.

Fully equipped open kitchen and a living room with a fireplace and a stunning view to the lake from the house wide balcony. An other living room with a fireplace downstairs in connection of sauna. Two rest rooms and one big bathroom next to sauna. A big all day long sunny, wooden deck with bbq, outdoor dining table and sun loungers. Rowing boat.

Lähin uimaranta löytyy n. 7 km päässä, entisellä kivilouhoksella. 18 km päässä on Lepänkannon uimaranta, joka on matala ja hiekkapohjainen. Ko. uimarannalla on myös grillikatos.

Täällä pääset nauttimaan myös rantaelämästä kaupungin uimarannalle ja uimaan Saimaassa (800 m asunnolta). Voit lämmittää saunan, kylpeä ja grillata omalla suojaisella terassilla.
