Great location and a very kind host

Perfect location with a great view and close to cafes, shops… Clean, comfortable, and plenty of space. Be aware you will need to climb some steps. Really enjoyed spending 5 nights here.

The hosts were very responsive. The terrace was a nice feature with great views.

Silvias appartment is really great, you feel like sleeping in a palace! The location is perfect, just at the port. Silvia is a nice host, very friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay there again.

We had a great time in this apartment, we felt like we were in an entire house, we had 100% access to the pool. It is extremely clean, everything is renovated. Raffaela has an eye for detail, there are beauty products, coffee making facilities and the kitchen, there is a dishwasher, washing machine, the TV is connected. The exterior is beautiful and the garden is very well maintained, there are deckchairs with towels, the pool is warm and beautiful with sea views. There is a small table for lunch or dinner next to the pool. There is outdoor lighting for swimming at night and having a drink. We were also able to park the car at the entrance to the house. Small detail, if you open the kitchen window you can see the sea directly in the distance, beautiful when you have breakfast!

Great apartment. Perfect location just a few minutes walk from the old town. Well equipped kitchen. Reserved parking in a locked back yard ia a big advantage. Will be my preferred option next I visit Alba.

We had a wonderful stay at Matthieu’s apartment! 🏡✨ The place was spotless, stylish and exactly as described — even better in person. The view is stunning and the location is perfect to explore Beausoleil and Monte-Carlo. Matthieu was a great host: responsive, kind and truly welcoming. Alexandra is a wonderful host! Her place is not only perfectly located, but also exceptionally clean and well-organized. We truly felt at home. Her warm messages, attentiveness, and hospitality made our stay in Monaco even more enjoyable. The check-in process and communication were seamless, and she had thoughtfully taken care of every detail. A major plus for those arriving by car is the private parking space—an incredible advantage in Monaco, where parking can often be a challenge. We made beautiful memories during this trip, and having such a smooth and pleasant accommodation experience was thanks to Alexandra. I wholeheartedly recommend her place to everyone. The host's care was always courteous, very attentive and helpful. The house is located in the middle of the vineyards and the views are breathtaking. The practical furnishings and cleanliness make you immediately feel comfortable and at home. The many tips for restaurants and excursions are very valuable and can be followed without hesitation. We will be back!

Excellent location, the house was as described, the hosts were accommodating and thoughtful. Excellent house for children, the kitchen was extremely well equipped. The property looked new and very well looked after. It was out today time on Air B&B and we ve been very impressed.

Elana and her daughter were very helpful and very accommodating to all of our needs. Her daughter met us and showed us around with helpful tips about the place and the location. She told us all we needed to be comfortable and take advantage of our stay. Check out was as seamless and flexible. The place was very quaint and clean. Beautiful beach and location. Need to bring groceries or a car as not much within walking distance. Expensive area - beach clubs and restaurants but worth the treat

Our stay went very well. The environment is superb and the neighborhood is quiet. The term "cozy nest" is quite appropriate to define the apartment, small for sure, but which suited us very well. Well equipped too. Thank you again Françoise for your hospitality, kindness and availability.

Pretty little cottage located in the middle of nature Carlo and Roberto are very kind and welcoming. With lovely care Perfect for going green! We enjoyed our living space for the duration of the stay, the accommodation is well equipped and has a sunbed of a dining table on the terrace I highly recommend it , a real change of scenery! In addition the place is located near the beach 15 min walk Feel free to rent a scooter in Diano marina to fully enjoy the coasts and not get too tired in the climbs;) If you want to be out of place and quiet this is the place

This is the third time we have booked Cara Pere in Loazzolo-and definitely not the last time. Elisabetta and Alessandra are amazing. There's a super good experience from booking, to key transfer, and ongoing communication. Care Pere is a little gem in Loazzolo. So nice, cozy and authentically decorated, and with a small lovely courtyard. All our wishes and needs are met We feel like we have come home when we arrive at Care Pere.

We felt very comfortable in the apartment. The train runs right next to the accommodation, but we knew this from the pictures and it did not bother us. The apartment was very clean and had all we needed. We were lovingly greeted with attentions. Romina has always been available for questions. A big plus was the air conditioning. Insect protection in the bathroom and kitchen would be nice. The proximity to the sea is unbeatable.

Absolutely loved my stay! The apartment is super cozy, everything is brand new, and it’s incredibly quiet. The kitchen had great amenities like a Nespresso machine, and there was water and breakfast waiting for me. Claudia was extremely kind — I highly recommend this place! Our stay with Agnese was wonderful. Instructions were easy to follow, and everything was exactly as described. Only note is that there is no air conditioning, but other than that, beautiful place to stay

We had a wonderful stay in Sanremo, the flat was very clean and welcoming, better than we expected. There is everything you can need during your stay. We enjoyed staying here and we would definitely recommend it to others. It is a close walk to the center of Sanremo or with the bikes Filippo offers. The pool was not yet open at this time of the year, but this was not an issue for us, we knew it upfront. We would definitely choose Filippos flat once again if we come back to Sanremo. Thanks for everything!

my review: It was simply a wonderful place to stay. The kitchen, living room, and bathroom were fully equipped and very clean. We received clear instructions and throughout the entire process, the communication was kind and detailed, with helpful recommendations. After we got off the bus and started walking toward the property, they came to meet us and helped carry our luggage. They were always smiling and helpful—it was a great experience for us. We saw suprise gift on the fridge: prosecco, cola, and Fanta. The view was amazing, and it was lovely to sit outside in the evenings and listen to nature. Thank you very much for the opportunity! my partner: I can’t say any negative thing of this apartment, it was perfect for me. The furnishings of the apartment are wonderful, the view was perfect and the communication and kindness of the owners is outstanding. I really appreciate the care and the sophistication. I was a great time full of happiness for me.
