Rent or Don't I could've sold the cabin ,but argued with Mom that people need to get off their ass and experience a different life. Safe place,except Oklahoma weather and Donkey shit

We are 2 blocks from the famous Beckham County Courthouse seen in the movie "The Grapes of Wrath". Right across the street is “First Response Coffee House”. It is locally owned and specializes in coffee and fantastic BBQ!! Strolling through town is a stroll through history!

After a long drive through severe weather, we were so relieved to have a nostalgic, cute place to stay and recover. Not far from the NPS Black Kettle National Grasslands and Washita Battlefield historic site, which are beautiful, humbling, and informative. Jackie was so supportive and kind throughout our stay.
