Hier hat man Weitsicht, Ruhe und Frieden. Das Haus liegt an einer Straße, die ausschließlich von Anwohnern befahren wird. Man kann den Glocken von Kuehen, Pferden und Ziegen lauschen und dem Wind auf dem Meer zu sehen. Über eine schöne Landstraße gelangt man in 15 Minuten zum Meer bei Sapri.
