The Elms - River Room

The Elms is conveniently in Westbrook, with easy access to Portland and the Interstate. The River Room has one queen bed, private bathroom with tub, a desk, large closet, and a view of the Presumscot. This is the most desirable room in the Elms. Historic Building, built by a renowned architect, originally served as a luxury Maine resort to entice business to the local mill. Featuring splendid carved wood features, fireplaces, spacious rooms, and a screened veranda overlooking the river.

Located throughout the second and third floors of the hotel, our Historic King rooms feature an inviting king bed fitted with French bedsheets and Cuddledown quilts and pillows. Bathrooms are complete with glass-enclosed standing showers and spa-like amenities.

The Harbor Crest Inn, located one half mile from our Main Inn, features luxury guest rooms that have been revitalized. This listing is for a 1st floor guestroom with wide doorways and a standard tub/shower in the bathroom. Guests of Harbor Crest can enjoy the many indoor and outdoor common areas. The 1730 Harbor Crest Inn is our only Inn that is dog friendly. Please note we do not offer elevators in any of our buildings.
