There is a very spacious living area with a sofa and fireplace. The kitchen is fully equipped and communicates with the garden and the pool through glass shutters. The bathroom upstairs has a walk-in shower. Outside, a lovely patio with barbecue and view on the rolling hills of Campania. Also, a table and chairs for outside dining, and sunbeds and deckchairs to relax in the sun.

In Scario, just a two-minute walk from the seafront (about 100 meters) there is a portion of an apartment consisting of an independent two-room apartment of 40 sqm, located on the second floor of a house with a garden. It is equipped with mosquito nets and consists of: entrance, bedroom with bridge wardrobe - the double bed can be converted into two single beds -, living room with double sofa bed, fireplace, kitchenette, terrace with sea view, TV, use of washing machine.
