Nice house from 1870 with sunny garden close cente

The house from 1870 has a garden, three connecting bedrooms and two bathrooms, two toilets and is situated in the north of Brussels. The centre takes three tramstops, railwaystation Brussels North is ten minutes walking. I have special parkingtickets (NO PARKINGPLACE) for my guests at € 5/day. You can use the ground floor, the first floor. There is a private sauna, private movietheatre and a heated swimmingpool in the garden. 3 students are living upstairs but you share nothing with them.

Cuisine entièrement équipée (dont lave-vaisselle, machine à café, grille-pain, bouilloire, ..), salle de bain avec douche à l'italienne, machine à laver. Ce studio très calme est pourvu de tout le nécessaire pour un séjour tout confort. Décoré avec attention avec des matériaux de choix.

Very nice & comfortable apt - 1 to 2 pp - EU area.

Charming and comfortable apartment for 1 or 2 persons for short or long stays. Completely renovated mid July 2025. Not adapted for guests with a baby or a child. Totally adapted for people with reduced mobility. Non-smoking place. Very close to public transportations and groceries, quite close to the airport and of course close to the center to do your city trip in the best conditions. There will always be someone to welcome you. See you soon!
