Monthly Rentals in Schaffhausen

Matthias' house is spacious, nicely decorated, and looks even better in real life than on the photos. It's situated a few mins walk from the forest, and many hiking trails which is a bonus for nature lovers like me. The Rhine Falls is also about 10 mins walk on foot from Neuhausen city center. Matthias is super friendly and easygoing, gives great advice and tips on the Schaffhausen area, hiking trails, things to do around. The kitchen, bathroom, washroom are very well equipped and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The room has a thermostat and you can control the temperature which was much appreciated, especially during the winter months. The nearest bus stop is 5 mins walk from the house which is convenient when getting to work or to the nearby shops. I had a pleasant stay and enjoyed my time at Matthias' house and I would definitely book again with him. You can't find a better spot in the Neuhausen, Schaffhausen, Rhein Falls area. It was one of the most relaxing, beautiful holidays I have ever enjoyed in Switzerland, partly due to the very pleasant and extremely satisfying stay in my accommodation with the lovely Maier family. The hosts were extremely friendly and helpful, generously accommodating, always striving for my well-being and this feel-good effect was also 100% achieved with me. The room was very well and comfortably equipped with everything you need and enough space. It was clean and everything was in good working order. The best thing for me was the wonderful and lovingly designed view of the beautiful garden and the very quiet, green location in which you could chill out and relax and just listen to the calming, at the same time energizing sounds of nature - if you did not want to be so active on some days. All in all, I would like to say a big thank you to my hosts and let them know: I WOULD LOVE TO COME BACK!!! Best regards from Vienna :))

It was a wonderful time in a beautiful setting. I was able to relax well and the family is very friendly and communicative. I enjoyed the time there very much, thank you so much for everything!

We had a great stay. The apartment is new. And it t offers a great view over Schaffhausen. There are 2 supermarkets within the development, multiple bus lines within 5 min walking distance plus the train to Schaffhausen right behind the building. Franzi is a very considerate host, providing clear information for all phases of our stay. We will definitely consider this apartment again for our next visit!
