Welcome to the house of my childhood memories. It is located right below the castles of Neuschwanstein and Hohenschwangau, surrounded by lakes and mountains. Inspired by the contrast between heritage and sharing economies, the designer Michl Sommer and his team of featuring-amsterdam have created this microcosm inside the traditional neighbourhood of Hohenschwangau. The 180 sqm living area provides generous space, and the 1'400 sqm garden is large enough for football games.

Built in 1904, the remise was not used for almost four decades and we decided to renovate it from scratch in 2020. The transformation into a spacious residential unit with two bedrooms, an open kitchen and a spacious bathroom in the middle of the village center of a rural community. We rent our beautiful “forest house” to nature lovers and family communities. On the idyllic, large property with forest panorama you can enjoy nature. The hiking trails start right outside the front door. The stream is only a few meters away. Therefore, a romantic, relaxing rustling and rippling can be heard in the garden. The sauna invites you to relax, but there is also something for the little ones… including a climbing frame with slide & swing & trampoline ;)

The small apartment is on the ground floor of my grandparents' craft house. It was the workshop of the leather trouser maker Melder in Füssen. It is something for lovers of ancient, rustic walls. The apartment is located at the gates of Füssen on a slope up to the city wall. Within walking distance you are in the middle of the old town with its bustling activities or in the picturesque mountain landscape of the Ostallgäus.
