Unusual living in a cozy garden house

In the former studio in the garden of the owner, the art is still present and gives the rustic-cozy accommodation on approx. 45 square meters and over 2 floors its special flair. A small seating area under the chestnut tree and a brick barbecue can be used in nice weather. The town center with all shops, bus stop and much more can be reached in 2 minutes on foot, the train station with regional and express train station in 10 minutes. The famous lake is a 20-minute walk away.

In the living room there is a dining table with 2 chairs, a sofa bed and an armchair. The kitchen has a dishwasher and washing machine. Spices and oils, coffee and tea are at your leisure. Wir vermieten unsere 2 1/2 Zimmer Einliegerwohnung mit separten Eingang. Unser Haus liegt am Ortsrand in Schopflenberg mit unverbauter Aussicht auf den Hohenstaufen. Wir haben 2 Kinder im Teenageralter :-) Vor unserem Haus haben wir Parkmöglichkeiten. Euch erwartet eine komplett ausgestattete Küche (Mikrowelle, Backofen und Senseo - Kaffeemaschine). Eine Spülmaschine ist nicht vorhanden.
