The entire apartment has underfloor heating, 2 bedrooms, bathroom with shower, equipped kitchen, dining room, living area and 2 free parking spaces. Das Häuschen ist unter ökologischen Aspekten aus lokalen Materialien gebaut. Es gibt fliesend (Quell)Wasser im Haus, auch eine wunderschöne Dusche gibts(warm). In der Küche findet man alles was man braucht um sich kulinarisch auszuleben. Basics wie Gewürze und Öle sind vor Ort(Bio). Geschlafen wird auf einer 140cm breiten Naturkutschukmatratze. Das Gelände um das Haus lädt zum staunen, verweilen und Lagerfeuer machen ein. Es gibt kaum Handyempfang und kein Internet👌🏾

Close to nature 90 m² apartment (house in a single location) in the Palatinate Forest only 10 minutes by car from the city center of Kaiserslautern. The apartment is on the 2nd floor (with stair lift), It is bright, modern, well equipped and has its own entrance. It is well suited for families as well as for older people. Due to our idyllic secluded location, the nearest supermarket is a good 5 km away, and the nearest shopping center is about 8 km away.

Small but nice. The 150-year-old farmhouse has been lovingly renovated and can accommodate up to 6 people. On 95 square meters you will find everything you need for the family. Fully equipped kitchen, washing machine, coffee machine, ... The attic is accessible via a steep staircase, which can be seen in the pictures. In the courtyard, there is a seating area, or you can use the public space at the oven house on the opposite side.

Our exceptional tiny house is located on a large property with old trees and offers a beautiful panoramic view of the surrounding nature. Our tiny house has a bathroom with a freestanding bathtub in front of a panoramic window, a sleeping level accessible via a spiral staircase, a fully equipped kitchen and a sauna in a separate building. Outside, we offer a wooden terrace with pergola, an outdoor shower and a 1700 sqm garden.

Apartment Rose is located in the middle of the Palatinate Forest. One of the most beautiful forests in Germany. This awaits you with fascinating hiking trails, an incredibly impressive flora and fauna, good food and particularly fine wines of the region. After an eventful day in nature, you can relax in the in-house sauna or hot tub and end the day with your loved ones with a homemade meal.

Den Gästen bieten sich hier zwei direkt am Waldrand gelegene Bungalows. Die hohe Lage eröffnet eine schöne Sicht über Wiesen und Wälder. Die beiden einzeln buchbaren Bungalows rahmen einen Hof, der in einen Bereich mit großen Bäumen übergeht, den ein begrünter Erdwall abschließt. Der Bereich ist eingezäunt, was für Hunde ideal ist. Außer Naturgeräuschen ist es fast immer absolut still.

Children are also welcome: There is a trampoline and a large nest swing for romping and playing in the house.

Here you can switch off and relax in a very cozy atmosphere. Enjoy the Palatinate Forest surrounded by trees, paddocks and our animals on the very spacious grounds. The apartment is located on the first floor with direct entrance from the main road and parking. Opposite is another apartment with 4 beds. I live on the upper floor and am always open to questions.

Willkommen im Glückshaus – Ihrem Rückzugsort mitten im Grünen. Nur etwa 1 km vom Ortskern Lembergs entfernt, erwartet Sie ein liebevoll gestaltetes Ferienhaus mit Gartensauna auf ca. 120 m² Wohnfläche, eingebettet in die Ruhe des Pfälzer Waldes. Hier können bis zu vier Personen eine Auszeit vom Alltag genießen.  Party, Feuerwerk etc. ist nicht erlaubt!!!
