Our house is very centrally located right next to the Zeller-CityXpress (mountain railway to the middle station of the Schmittenhöhe) in a quiet location. At the same time, however, it is only a 3-minute walk to the centre of Zell am See. Our apartments are south facing and offer beautiful views.

"My kingdom of heaven"- that's what I call my apartment. As you can see, I have chosen the furniture and materials with a lot of love. Not only the apartment, also the location is a dream - a few minutes walk to the center and the cable cars and yet in absolute tranquility, elevated over the rooftops of Zell am See with spectacular lake and mountain views. A true gem! In the house there is a small wellness oasis waiting, in front of the door a beautiful hiking trail... Request quickly:-)

Homey Cottage with Glacier View

Our homey mountain retreat used to be my grandparents' place and has been completely renovated just recently. We wanted to preserve the snug and cosy traditional atmosphere with a combination of traditional furniture and a more modern almost minimalistic kind of interior. We kept parts of the traditional furniture and a beautiful collection of my granddad's handcarved portraits on the ground floor and combined it with bright wood and white on the first floor to leaven the atmosphere.

It is a spacious 3-room apartment, which offers space for 4-5 friends/family members. Pets are also allowed. The exact room layout can be found in the gallery. Self-catering is possible through the kitchen, which was renovated in 2019. As the apartment is directly in the centre, there are also many restaurants and cafés in the same street or in the surrounding area. You have a view of the lake from 4 rooms and the balcony. The apartment is on the 4th floor - elevator available.

The cozy 2-room apartment is located in a former apartment hotel between Kaprun and Zell am See. The apartment on the 2nd floor is south-facing and offers a large balcony. In summer, a large outdoor pool is available for all residents to share. Golf course, Tauern-Spa, sports airfield, swimming lake, restaurants, etc. are minutes away. Winter: Ski bus very close by. A ski cellar with ski boot warmer is available in the house.

Our apartment is located in the Schmittenstraße Zell am See. The house have multiple holiday apartments. This apartment is in the second floor and have 1 sleeping room and a living- bedroom with a double bed + couch. You also have a kitchen and a dishwasher in your apartment plus a balcony witch you can enter from the living- bedroom. In the basement there's a table tennis which is available and for shared use.

The apartment is located in the city center - within walking distance to restaurants, bars, shops, city gondola for skiing and hiking. Unfortunately, there is no fixed parking space at the house - a parking space in the public garage can be rented for €15/24 hours, as of April 2025.
