This is my new catskill cottage. We are proud to offer you the perfect place for your retreat with more than 4 acres of maple trees, streams, old stone walls, spring and sitting on a small hill. I put all my effort in creating the best place to spend a weekend or a full season (all four seasons are beautiful and with plenty of things to do in the Catskills). There are two bedrooms, one is actually a loft on the second floor open to the living area. All spaces are generous for this 840 sq ft house. you´ll love the areas including the kitchen and bath. Guest can access all areas. I´m not around sometimes but you can reach me on the Airbnb app msg or by email. Instruction on how to arrive will be sent a few days before. There's always somebody around to help in case needed. Discover the famous Northern Catskill region with its ski resorts, hiking trails, mountain biking, whitewater rafting, and American fly fishing. If food is on the agenda, Conde Nast Traveler called the region "New York's culinary retreat." Want to drop the car? you can get to the property by bus! From NYC: Just take the Trail ways bus to Oneonta NY, and it will drop you a few hundred feet from the house. Same back to the city!. You can get here by bus from Albany, Buffalo, Montreal and many other cities in the region. If you want to use this method of transportation, I can assist with more information.

Wow, what a place. We were looking for a place to just a cousins girls weekend, in the woods/mountains some where. We wanted a big open space to gather, sleeping for 10 and privacy, we knew we would probably be loud (we laugh a lot and aren’t quiet by nature), this place hit the mark!! We brought all our food and drinks, the home had everything else we needed. This was probably the best weekend we’ve had in a long time. One of my favorite parts was sitting on the deck, enjoying the peace and sounds of nature!

We had a lovely stay in Schoharie in this beautiful home built in 1790. The kitchen was spacious and had everything needed for cooking, including fresh eggs, juice and creamer in frig and a supply of bagels and pancake mix. Jill had baskets in the bathrooms with extras in case you forgot your toothbrush, needed shampoo, etc. And Jill was very quick to respond, very helpful with local recommendations, an all around wonderful host. Thanks so much, Jill!

My husband and I are upstate natives, so we knew what to expect from the area. Nicole was very helpful and communicative. What can I say about our stay, it was Great!!! Myself and three of my closest friends wanted to take a trip to Cooperstown to see the Baseball Hall of Fame and needed a place to stay. When I checked on the app Cheryl's place came up and I thought this could work. It looked like what we needed and it DEFINITELY was. Her place was very clean and had Tons of room for all 4 of us, we each had our own bed to sleep in and own room too. They had all the silverware we needed and then some. The beds were very comfortable and the couch was large enough where we could enjoy watching movies at night. It was about 25 mins from good restaurants and the Hall of Fame which wasn't bad. The yard was amazing, huge and with a fire pit and I'll end it by saying that Cheryl was an amazing host who always communicated with me and gave me any information that I could possibly need. I would absolutely stay here again and I recommend her place to anyone going that way. Thank You from all 4 of us!! -Christopher
