The modern furnished apartment is located on the ground floor of our small family house and radiates Tyrolean coziness. The beautiful view from the living area and terrace over the fields Achenkirch, directly to the Rofan Mountain range and the Seekarspitze, facilitates leaving behind everyday stress and invites you to enjoy and relax. Lake Achen, the largest lake in Tyrol, is 2 km away. The ski resort is within walking distance. The golf course is 1 km away.

The room in a renovated old building from 1933 can be reached via several uneven stairs, is in the center of Tegernsee and yet quiet. It is particularly suitable for those who are on a hike, bike ride, wedding or passing through. You are in this cozy room with an integrated new bathroom for you. The mattress of the 1.40 m x 2 m bed has been replaced and renewed. There is deliberately no TV. Enjoy your stay overlooking the lake and mountains.

Our small farm is located in the beautiful Isarwinkel. The area is the starting point for numerous mountain and cycling tours, as well as small hikes. Family-friendly attractions are also nearby. In winter, you can visit the nearby ski & cross-country areas. In the area you will find many shopping & refreshment options. The train station is about 2 km away and the specialist clinic Gaißach is about 3 km from our farm.

Vacation Rental Edelweiß

Our apartment Edelweiß with about 60 m² has two separate bedrooms and two bathrooms, a modern kitchen-living room and a cozy balcony. On the roof terrace with magnificent views of the Achensee there is a shared lounge area and grill. Linens and towels are included in our free parking space. All leisure facilities in the Karlingerhof as well as the garden and the large playground are available to our guests.

Im 1. Obergeschoss eines 600 Jahre alten Hauses befindet sich die am Rande der malerischen Altstadt gelegene ruhige und gemütliche Wohnung. Das nächste Lebensmittelgeschäft ist 400 m entfernt. Vom Fenster und Balkon sieht man auf die Berge und davor die mächtigen Bäume eines großen Gartens, dazwischen liegt die Straße, die Mauer und unser Garten. Die Unterkunft ist 850 m vom Haller Bahnhof entfernt.

The apartment can accommodate a maximum of 2 people (including babies and toddlers).
