The bright apartment is about 100 sq.m. in size. The two generously sized balconies offer breathtaking views of the Alps as well as of the famous castle “Neuschwanstein”. It´s located right next to the dam Forggensee.

We offer a spacious architect's house with a large roof terrace and a purist garden in a hillside location. The roof terrace offers a magnificent panoramic view of the Alps. Our house is allergy-friendly. The house offers: fully equipped open-space kitchen with fully automatic coffee machine, toaster, etc. On the roof is a PV system with battery storage with which the energy supply of the house and the state-of-the-art air heat pump is climate-friendly and guaranteed around the clock!

It is 43 sqm, living and sleeping areas are not separated by a door. The apartment is suitable for couples or families with up to two children. Our “Waldhütte” in the Five Lakes Region/Pfaffenwinkel is perfect for peace and nature – with great access to castles, lakes, mountains, and Munich. Secluded, 200 m from the main house, it offers pure retreat: panoramic views of meadow and forest, a terrace for dining, yoga, or knitting, stargazing from the loft. Inside, a wood stove and infrared heating keep things cozy while foxes and deer pass by outside.

Our 120 year old in nouveau art house is located in the beautiful and astonishing prealpine lands right in between Munich and the famous castles. Our guesthome has a big kitchen with everything you need to cook, two cosy and indivilual bed rooms and a modern bathroom. The living room has a romantic fireplace. The place is perfect for families, couples and friends.

The Pearl - Green, new, fancy!

This unique place has a style on its own. Even though it is „only“ a studio you have lots and lots of room and opportunity to hang out. The TV is very versatile and you can choose if you’d want to watch TV from the couch or sitting in the chairs around the kitchen table. The sun room is my favourite spot with 2 unique seating arrangements that are very comfy.
