The beautiful 2-room apartment is located in Weiler (b Schorndorf) in a quiet residential area, surrounded by nature. The forest is reachable in a few minutes' walk. There is also a very good connection to public transport. The apartment is 50 square meters and has a large living/dining area with new fitted kitchen, bar table and workstation with direct access to the balcony. A double bed 1.40 cm and a sofa bed 1.60 cm can accommodate up to 3 people. The kitchen is fully equipped.

Welcome to our newly designed accommodation in the beautiful Remstal! THE perfect base for exploring Stuttgart, but also our wine region. The S-Bahn (suburban train) can be reached in 10 minutes on foot, and the journey time to the main train station is less than 30 minutes. You live in a separate area on the ground floor of our house with its own access and small terrace far from any road traffic. We live on the upper floor with our 2 kids (2 and 6 years).

Our modern self-contained apartment is a new building, which is in a very quiet location overlooking Murrhardt. There are two free parking spaces in front of the house. There is hardly any traffic on the private road. The famous Villa Franck is located just behind the house. The train station is a 5-10 minute walk away. There are numerous leisure activities nearby, such as the Hörschbach waterfalls, which are within walking distance.
