Außerdem besteht eine sehr gute Anbindung an den ÖPNV. Die Wohnung hat 50qm und verfügt über einen großen Wohn/ Essbereich mit neuer Einbauküche, Bartisch und Arbeitsplatz mit direktem Zugang zum Balkon. Ein Doppelbett 1,60cm und ein Schlafsofa 1,60cm bieten Platz für bis zu 3 Personen. Die Küche ist vollständig ausgestattet.

Ihr wohnt in einem separaten Bereich im Erdgeschoss unseres Hauses mit eigenem Zugang und kleiner Terrasse fernab jeglichen Straßenverkehrs. Wir bewohnen mit unseren 2 Kids (3 und 7 Jahre) das Obergeschoss.
