A spacious bathroom, a lovely canopy bed and screens everywhere. The whole is private and shielded, on the terrace, among other things, a gas BBQ and fire basket. In season, there are many goodies from our vegetable and fruit garden, the leftovers can go to our farm animals! Bicycles are available free of charge.

Within walking distance is a sandy beach with a sunbathing lawn on the Grevelingenmeer, dogs are welcome on the rear part. There are also cycling routes on the island that take you to the most beautiful places.

Welcome to the idyllic fishing village of Herkingen, a hidden gem for those looking for peace, nature and water sports. But certainly also for people who love crowds and coziness! In the village area, there is everything you need, such as Lidl 10 minutes away, eateries, marina and beach. Nearby are various nature reserves, sea and beach , water sports and picturesque towns with nice shops, harbor museums, terraces and local markets with local products. We took over the bungalow in April 2025 and lovingly renovated it in order to create a place for us and our guests to feel good. The bungalow is located in a quiet holiday park, ideal for families or people looking for peace and quiet. If you still like a little more action, you can surf, cycle, visit cities and much more in the area. Renesse, Ouddorp, Rotterdam, The Hague and Antwerp are just around the corner. Bergen op Zoom is also a small insider tip and can be visited quickly.

We are renting out our newly renovated, modern townhouse with garden. Only 850 m to Grevelinger Meer. Including 2 bikes! On the first floor, there is a large open living-dining area with a well-equipped kitchen. A spiral staircase leads to the 2nd floor. There are 2 bedrooms (one has a large double bed, the other has 2 single beds) and a large balcony. Shower room with toilet on the first floor plus 2nd upstairs toilet. Both with windows; completely redone in 2022.
