The house has 4 bedrooms, a whirlpool, a well equipped kitchen, a games room, a living room with fireplace, large sofas & TV. There are 3 showers in total and two bathrooms. We want to provide a safe retreat and a home away from home in these crazy times. We will always disinfect the house thoroughly!

The rural apartment was newly built in 2024 and is in a quiet, idyllic location between Munich and the mountains on an organic farm with dairy farm. The apartment is climate neutral and has been furnished with a lot of love and high quality rural style furniture and is located on a farm. The hot tub with mountain views, as well as the sun terrace invite you to relax. The hot tub can be used all year round, communal with our second apartment.

Quiet flat to feel good in

From this centrally located home, you'll be in all the important places in no time. The U-Bahn stop Machtlfinger Str. It is a 5-minute walk away and in 12 minutes you are at Marienplatz. The living/ sleeping area is separated from the small kitchenette with a large French door. There is a 140x200 box spring bed and a sofa bed in the apartment. This is rounded off with a large bathroom with hot tub and a large separate glass wall shower.

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space: On the first floor, a large, open living-dining area offers space for cozy hours, alternatively in nice weather on the terrace. On the 2nd floor, there is 1 large double room, plus a large shower room with a hot tub. Another bedroom as a single room can be booked after consultation. The hostess lives in the basement with her own shower room. Only the kitchen is intended for shared use.
