Weitzel's "Big Home" suite

The first parts of the property were built in 1824. The suite (approx. 0 square meters) with veranda (16 square meters) was added and expanded in 2007. The rooms are lovingly furnished and offer everything your heart desires: cozy hours in front of the fireplace in winter, and relaxed evenings with a glass of wine on the veranda in summer. When furnishing, we placed emphasis on a relaxed and inviting atmosphere. The suite offers tranquility and the fully glazed fireplace room invites you to dream.

Lerne in romantischer Natur das Leben im Tinyhouse kennen. Das nachhaltige Tinyhouse wurde komplett in Eigenleistung entworfen und gebaut. Hoher Anspruch an Design und Materialien sowie ein artemberaubender Blick aus dem Panoramaschlafzimmer lassen keine Wünsche offen. Das verglaste Schlafloft mit Blick in die Natur ist nur eines der Highlights. Die schwebende Küchenzeile, ein Outdoor-Badezimmer, eine umfassende Bibliothek und viele versteckte Details sorgen für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt.

Golden Spa Jacuzzi & Dampfsauna

🌿 Wellness-Oase am Rande eines Industriegebiets. Das Apartment ist ein Rückzugsort für Paare. Genießt entspannte Stunden in der eigenen Dampf-Sauna oder entspannt im Ganzjährigen Jacuzzi mit Panorama Blick auf wunderschöne Sonnenuntergänge. Die Schiebefenster lassen sich alle zum Sonnen komplett öffnen. Leider ist die Momentane Internetverbindung noch nicht stabil, was zwischenzeitlich beim Tv zu Stockungen führen kann Eine Klimaanlage ist nicht vorhanden, nur ein Stand Lüfter.

It offers an outdoor hot tub, shower with nature view, steam sauna, wood-burning stove, terrace, XXL couch and super king size bed, fully equipped kitchen, ice maker, Bluetooth music system, record player, Wi-Fi, 2 x BBQ area, bicycles, home office, 2 x spa, private cinema, giant swing, fireplace, swimming area, wood chopper and much more. Our restaurant "Hof Bissee" with regional cuisine and breakfast (5 min walk).

Nestled in nature, in an idyllic forest edge location with breathtaking lake views, this chalet allows you to escape everyday life. Hike in the forest or by the lake and enjoy a bike ride with our e-bikes. When it's cool, warm up in the sauna or heated pool before settling in with a glass of red wine by the fireplace. In the warm season, enjoy a swim in the pool or in the crystal clear lake (SUP/kayak are also available) before watching the stars in the evening.

The cozy detached house Tropica (72 square meters) invites you to switch off and linger. In addition to a high-quality kitchen, it is characterized by its attention to detail. There is a sofa bed, so 2 children are welcome. The garden supports the comfort with a heated hot tub, the barbecue area with a Weber grill and the 85 sqm play-fun fitness center with training equipment and entertainment. The loft is located in the city center of Helmstedt, about 25 minutes away from the VW factory in Wolfsburg. If you are looking for relaxation after a stressful day at work, you have come to the right place! You can end the evening here relaxing on the sofa, in the tub or with a sauna. Entertainment offers the fully equipped cinema with PS5 and TV channels. The fully equipped kitchen offers many possibilities. Pets are an additional one-time fee of €25.
