We would like to share this relaxation and sports with others, that we have ensured that we can offer people to stay at our place for a holiday in the beautiful Ötztal in Tyrol, where there is literally something for everyone. You can play sports or relax and enjoy the nature. You can enjoy culture, history and culinary delights from this unique, soothing accommodation.

You'll never want to leave this charming place. So close and so far away. In fifteen minutes you can reach all surrounding cities such as Bregenz (Austria) and Lindau (Germany). On a boat trip on beautiful Lake Constance, all three countries can be reached along with Switzerland and enjoy their fine cultural and gastronomic offers. - Ideal for e-bikers, hikers and skiers, half an hour to the ski resort, hiking trails directly from the house.

The Mensarden rooms on the top floor offer a magnificent view of the Inn Valley and the city of Hall in Tyrol. All rooms are equipped with shower/WC, Lan and wifi and cable TV. I run a small hotel and the rooms are exclusively bookable via airbnb. In the building there is a very popular Italian restaurant. Breakfast is offered at a supplement. Parking spaces are available in the hotel garage. Walking distance to the main station: only 5 minutes.

Bright and absolutely quiet room with private bathroom in new, quiet and very well-maintained apartment complex in the rear courtyard. Small balcony facing the courtyard. Right by the Olympic Park. U-Bahn (four stops to Marienplatz/main train station) and tram and bus line in the neighborhood. Restaurants and shopping and everything you need is just around the corner.

Our great new room with a big terrace offers you a big queen size bed and a sleeping sofa for a third person. Breakfast is included and in summer you can use our pool and our hammocks on the backside of our house. Right outside your room you can find a little kitchen with a water boiler, microwave and fridge. Wifi and cable TV is included.

Private 6-bed room in hostel / Theresienwiese

The Augustin Youth and Family Hotel is open 24 hours. Not right in the city center, but by subway in two stops in the center. Arriving by car is also possible - parking is available in the underground garage for €12.00 per night. The adjacent Bavariapark with playground and the most necessary shops are all within walking distance.
