Lovely flat. Handy for both Lancaster Uni and the city centre. Exactly as described. Comfortable 2 days stay. Great value for money. Hope to stay again when visiting student son.

One of the most beautiful places where we have stayed. Beautiful interiors and a very calm neighbourhood. Everything was perfect. And also she provided all the basic amenities as mentioned. Pam was very helpful and quick to respond. We really love to come back to Pam’s place. And we highly recommend it.

I had a great two night stay at Jane's place. It was very clean, comfortable and mostly peaceful. There was some noise later one night from the adjoining property, though this was brief. The accomodation had all I required for a short stay and was on a very quiet secure estate. Jane allowed me to check in slightly early and this was easy and smooth. Jane was also very good and prompt at replying to any messages. The shower was lovely and the space sufficient for me. I'd not hesitate to stay here again and would consider a trip with my dog. I had a lovely few days.

Exactly what wee were looking for in a last minute weekend away. Peaceful setting but only a few minutes from Lancaster and the motorway. On arrival everything was ready for us to drive in, drop our bags off and put our feet up. Would definitely recommend for anyone wanting access to the lake district without costing a fortune and being caught up in the traffic. Will use again, if available, for our next visit.
