Cabin holiday rentals in Scotland

My partner and myself stayed here for 3 days and we did not want to leave. We absolutely loved our stay, the place was cosy, clean and had everything you need. We loved the projector! Our favourite thing was watching the sunset from the hot tub every night. Cromarty is a small but very cute village with some of the best pizza we’ve ever had, we would also recommend the boat tour to see the dolphins! Thank you for being a great host, we’ll think about this trip forever ❤️

Absolutely phenomenal find in the middle of nowhere. Stunning house, very clean, cute wee tea and coffee left for our first morning. The hot tub was warm, clean and in a fantastic location. What a great weekend we had. Thank you Nina 🩷

Beautiful cabin so rounded by stunning views and green fields. Fantastic check in with all the information we needed and local recommendations. This was a great switch off from the world with no tv or wifi. The hot tub was amazing, sitting watching the sun setting. Well equipped with everything you need, even salt, peeper and oil! The bedroom was cosy and comfortable. And super pet friendly to top it off. All round great, we will be back!

We had a lovely time staying at MidPark for our honeymoon. The space is so nicely designed, and very private and peaceful, which was just what we needed. Ross was very helpful in helping us check in and sort a couple of minor issues when we first arrived; he is very knowledgeable and friendly, and a pleasure to chat with. We had a couple of day trips during our stay, but really enjoyed spending our time relaxing at the lodge and chatting to the cows in the field next door! We would love to stay here again in the future, if we're ever that far north again!

From opening the door to closing it again, Tirahs landing was magical! Beautifully laid out and appointed, light and spotlessly clean, everything we needed was there and the view is stunning. What really sets this little piece of paradise apart (other than the amazing view) is the special thoughtful touches and the delicious basket of goodies, cards and even a wee gift that made this birthday with dearest friends so very special. We had an amazing stay. The cabin it kitted with everything you could need. Short distance to Seal beach where we saw loads of seals as well as lots of birds. The private area round the back with the hot tub was fabulous. The only hiccup was the BBQ being dirty so we sat a disposable one on it and cooked that way. It is conveniently located at the rear of a small hotel so we had dinner there one evening and also for a cooked breakfast after we had checked out which meant we didn't need to bother making our own before leaving. Would 100% highly recommend to anyone considering staying.

The wee love nest was so cosy and beautifully decorated. The attention to detail is like nothing I've seen before! Just such a beautiful place to be and nice little walks in the surrounding area. The hot tub was absolutely wonderful and the hosts were incredibly welcoming and easy to chat to! 100% will be back in the future!

Ali’s place was beautiful. A little haven. It had such a great outdoor area and she had thought of everything. She was really helpful and was available for advice, organic leafs and extra coffee! The place is right near the loch which was gorgeous and the outdoor bath and sauna meant we could really unwind!

The house is unique. The one floor layout, a balcony with uninterrupted views down the glen, birds and red squirrels on the railings outside - it was better than spring watch. The house is really comfortable, great layout with 2 beds and bathroom at one end and the master bedroom and en suite at the other. Very quiet, with lots of options around for walking. We all agreed we wanted to return - it has left abiding memories. Andrew, the owner, rang me while we were there, recommending great walks and places to visit, as well as answering questions - a great host.

Ben and Kirsty’s quirky little cabin was fantastic. We were only there a couple of nights, but it was a lot of fun to stay in, had everything we needed and it was refreshing to be in an AirBnB with lots of colour! Thank you for having us!

We had the loveliest time at the cabin. The place was as clean as can be and had everything we needed. The view is phenomenal and there are loads of little birds flying around which makes it even better to just sit back, watch and enjoy. Lindsay thought of literally everything which makes this place a 10/10. Would absolutely come back here!

Great getaway from the hectic routine of city life , Philip and Celia are very helpful people and great hosts , really enjoyed my stay here . 10/10

Really lovely and peaceful spot, log burner inside was absolutely perfect. Unfortunately we couldn’t get the shower working so braved a cold shower with a view but was a beautiful location and perfect stop for us doing the NC500! Thanks for having us and being so responsive/ helpful 😊

Had a great stay at Watermill Nook. The cabin is really nicely furnished and extremely well equipped - including a bunch of welcome treats which were gratefully received. The outside space is really well thought, private, next to a pretty stream and includes everything you might need (BBQ, firepit, seating - even walking poles!) We took our small dog and there was everything you might need for your pet. It's location is good for exploring the eastern side of Loch Lomond with the nearest villages being Balmaha (about a 30 min walk along a path which runs beside the road) and Drymen (5 min drive). Sharon was a great host, very responsive and provided loads of really useful information.

Beautiful and peaceful place to stay! Will definitely come back and enjoy this amazing cabin with its beautiful view again. Communication with Anita was very easy and fast. Highly recommend the beach Anita mentioned in the description - overall a perfect stay in an amazing small and private house.

Pictures don't capture how beautiful the cottage is. It's quite remote up a forested hill, which feels miles away from everything but still close to a town for necessities. The cottage is a studio with a large fenced garden perfect for one or two people with a dog. We stayed on the hottest days of the year, but the cottage stayed cool. The bed was comfortable, and the kitchen was well equipped. We appreciated the breakfast supplies! There are several walks from the doorstep, but a car is a must for the cottage and for the area (good for cycling too). Ali was very friendly and available next door if needed. We found lots to do in the area with our dog other than just walking. Stonefield Castle is a lovely dog-friendly alternative to pub or cafe meals. The bike rental on Isle of Gigha offers pet trailers. Carnasserie Castle is better than most ruins as you can climb the towers, and the grounds are well kept. Tarbert is worth visiting. Highly recommend Ali's place for a magical stay!

We had an amazing stay in the cabin. It is a timeless, magical and peaceful place. Very nice human encounter with Elizabeth and David.

The most peaceful place to relax, views across the bay are stunning and even when it was wet it was so cosy inside looking out and watching the weather changing. Got the most beautiful sunset on the first night. This wee hidden gem did not disappoint from start to finish and if you’re lucky enough to find it on Airbnb then 100% book it !

Joan's house nestles among similar properties just above the main street through Lochcarron offering fantastic views and an open aspect of the Loch and hills beyond. There are sliding doors onto a very well presented decking and seating area. There is a small very clean outdoor sauna to the side of the decking but we didn't have an opportunity to use it. There was ample comfortable seating in the living area and a large dining table both again with fantastic views. The kitchen is a good size and has all the required appliances. The bedrooms are all comfortable with clean fresh bedding and good beds. The bathroom has a wetroom floor and shower area for easy access. Joan was very communicative before our stay and provided great instructions for entry etc. We were staying for Celtman 0.5, it's only a 20 min drive to Shieldaig which makes this a good location for Celtman reccie trips or race days. I would certainly stay here again and would happily recommend it.

We very much enjoyed our stay at the cottage. It was always so nice to come back to it in the evening. The view is amazing. It is very quiet and we had everything we needed. And being able to light the fire in the evening was definitely a bonus too.

Barry is a great host. Helped with a suitcase and made us feel at home. Loved the place. Easy to find, good location to restaurants and outstanding hikes. Played the golf course nearby and had dinner there from a food truck(food was excellent). The cabin is delightful. Very clean and well suited. Impressive that Barry built it. Would like to stay again.

The cabin couldn’t have been more relaxing! Exactly what we needed after a long travel to start our trip. We were able to relax and unwind with the outdoor bath and fire pit and the chilled champagne and breakfast basket were perfect on arrival! Thanks to Mandy for giving us the best recommendation on a local golf course, Murrayshall was gorgeous and challenging! Thanks for this little gem Alice we hope to be back!

A piece of heaven, hidden away in Scotland. Very private and quiet. Was slightly hard to find it as the Postcode is covering a wide area however the airbnb itself was very peaceful and nice. Would 100% recommend.

Can’t recommend staying here enough. A lovely, private space, and kitted out very well with all you’d need for a good few days. Kylie is very friendly and approachable as well. Would definitely stay here again, I loved it.
