Cabin holiday rentals in Scotland

My partner and myself stayed here for 3 days and we did not want to leave. We absolutely loved our stay, the place was cosy, clean and had everything you need. We loved the projector! Our favourite thing was watching the sunset from the hot tub every night. Cromarty is a small but very cute village with some of the best pizza we’ve ever had, we would also recommend the boat tour to see the dolphins! Thank you for being a great host, we’ll think about this trip forever ❤️

Absolutely phenomenal find in the middle of nowhere. Stunning house, very clean, cute wee tea and coffee left for our first morning. The hot tub was warm, clean and in a fantastic location. What a great weekend we had. Thank you Nina 🩷

From opening the door to closing it again, Tirahs landing was magical! Beautifully laid out and appointed, light and spotlessly clean, everything we needed was there and the view is stunning. What really sets this little piece of paradise apart (other than the amazing view) is the special thoughtful touches and the delicious basket of goodies, cards and even a wee gift that made this birthday with dearest friends so very special. Beautiful cabin so rounded by stunning views and green fields. Fantastic check in with all the information we needed and local recommendations. This was a great switch off from the world with no tv or wifi. The hot tub was amazing, sitting watching the sun setting. Well equipped with everything you need, even salt, peeper and oil! The bedroom was cosy and comfortable. And super pet friendly to top it off. All round great, we will be back!

We had an amazing stay. The cabin it kitted with everything you could need. Short distance to Seal beach where we saw loads of seals as well as lots of birds. The private area round the back with the hot tub was fabulous. The only hiccup was the BBQ being dirty so we sat a disposable one on it and cooked that way. It is conveniently located at the rear of a small hotel so we had dinner there one evening and also for a cooked breakfast after we had checked out which meant we didn't need to bother making our own before leaving. Would 100% highly recommend to anyone considering staying.

The wee love nest was so cosy and beautifully decorated. The attention to detail is like nothing I've seen before! Just such a beautiful place to be and nice little walks in the surrounding area. The hot tub was absolutely wonderful and the hosts were incredibly welcoming and easy to chat to! 100% will be back in the future!

Lovely wee lodge with everything we needed. Directions were spot on and we found it really easily. Beautiful countryside walks nearby with we loved with our dog. Great hideaway and would definitely recommend

Ali’s place was beautiful. A little haven. It had such a great outdoor area and she had thought of everything. She was really helpful and was available for advice, organic leafs and extra coffee! The place is right near the loch which was gorgeous and the outdoor bath and sauna meant we could really unwind!

This is a very special place, with amazing views over Bunessan estuary. A great cabin for walkers and those wanting to explore Ross of Mull and Iona.

The house is unique. The one floor layout, a balcony with uninterrupted views down the glen, birds and red squirrels on the railings outside - it was better than spring watch. The house is really comfortable, great layout with 2 beds and bathroom at one end and the master bedroom and en suite at the other. Very quiet, with lots of options around for walking. We all agreed we wanted to return - it has left abiding memories. Andrew, the owner, rang me while we were there, recommending great walks and places to visit, as well as answering questions - a great host.

Ben and Kirsty’s quirky little cabin was fantastic. We were only there a couple of nights, but it was a lot of fun to stay in, had everything we needed and it was refreshing to be in an AirBnB with lots of colour! Thank you for having us!

We had the loveliest time at the cabin. The place was as clean as can be and had everything we needed. The view is phenomenal and there are loads of little birds flying around which makes it even better to just sit back, watch and enjoy. Lindsay thought of literally everything which makes this place a 10/10. Would absolutely come back here!

We had an amazing time in Alyson’s cabin. Even though the weather wasn’t kind, the view from the cabin makes up for it. Watching the weather change and the wonderful rainbows-amazing. Luss is a quaint, popular little village. So lovely when all the coach trips go home and you can explore on your own . There are a few places to eat and drink in Luss, the Loch Lomond hotel was lovely. We had a great walk up Ben Dubh, which is just behind Luss and also visited Conic Hill for an easier hike. The village walks are really pleasant too. The cabin had everything needed for a short stay, it was clean and well equipped. We would definitely recommend.

Robbie is a fantastic host. We travelled nearly 7hrs to get to the location and I asked him if it would be possible to check in early. He was so so flexible and couldn’t do enough for us. We were able to check in at 12 which really really helped us out. The lodge is in a great location if you enjoy walking or exploring. You have a beach nearby as well as loads of walks. We went for dinner in Dunoon at the 51st state which was very nice! I also left my jacket at Robbie’s lodge and he has been kind enough to return it to me. Lovely place to explore… thank you

Had a great stay at Watermill Nook. The cabin is really nicely furnished and extremely well equipped - including a bunch of welcome treats which were gratefully received. The outside space is really well thought, private, next to a pretty stream and includes everything you might need (BBQ, firepit, seating - even walking poles!) We took our small dog and there was everything you might need for your pet. It's location is good for exploring the eastern side of Loch Lomond with the nearest villages being Balmaha (about a 30 min walk along a path which runs beside the road) and Drymen (5 min drive). Sharon was a great host, very responsive and provided loads of really useful information.

Beautiful and peaceful place to stay! Will definitely come back and enjoy this amazing cabin with its beautiful view again. Communication with Anita was very easy and fast. Highly recommend the beach Anita mentioned in the description - overall a perfect stay in an amazing small and private house.

Barry is a great host. Helped with a suitcase and made us feel at home. Loved the place. Easy to find, good location to restaurants and outstanding hikes. Played the golf course nearby and had dinner there from a food truck(food was excellent). The cabin is delightful. Very clean and well suited. Impressive that Barry built it. Would like to stay again.

We had a wonderful stay at the Quiraing Cabin. It was an absolutely gorgeous location - right below the escarpment so we could enjoy evening sunsets. We took plenty of hikes, went to some great restaurants, and had a wonderful time on Skye. Elizabeth’s hospitality- complete with treats, beer, and a gift - was very welcome! Definitely recommend!

The cabin couldn’t have been more relaxing! Exactly what we needed after a long travel to start our trip. We were able to relax and unwind with the outdoor bath and fire pit and the chilled champagne and breakfast basket were perfect on arrival! Thanks to Mandy for giving us the best recommendation on a local golf course, Murrayshall was gorgeous and challenging! Thanks for this little gem Alice we hope to be back!

We absolutely loved our 2 nights stay at Blackbirds. Surrounded by the beautiful Aberdeenshire countryside. The cabin was immaculate and decorated very nicely. We enjoyed the company of the chickens who were very inquisitive. We wouldn't hesitate to stay again if we were in the area and our only complaint is that we didn't stay for longer!

Brain and Charlotte are just beautiful souls. Their place reflects them, so peaceful, kind, warm and simply stunning. They have made a wee heaven and we were so happy to experience all the wonderful creatures in their garden. We have travelled the world from Costa Rica to Tanzania to India and I can say this place is something so very very special. It’s in a league of its own. I love the passion Brian and Charlotte have for the environment and animals around them. The world needs more people like them. We will be back and I’ll be recommending their magic kingdom to my friends and family. Also Brian is a very talented photographer and we loved seeing his work and little touches around the home. Fiona was a fantastic host and accommodated all our needs. Really beautiful stay, the property had everything we required and was spotless. I’d highly recommend this stay to anyone!

Couldn’t recommend this lodge more highly, Pree was the perfect host, easily contactable and such a lovely person, she had the most perfect recommendations of thing to do around the area, amazing price for a couple nights away and the bed was so comfy! Beautiful all round. I will 100% be back.
