Holiday rentals with a patio in Sea Point

We stayed at the apartment for three nights and had a really great time. Leigh was so per helpful and a very responsive host! The apartment is new and beautiful furnished. We found everything we needed from towels, hairdryer, kitchen stuff, and even some sweets as a welcome gift. The building is brand new and also offers a reception at the entrance as well as a security guard which made us feel really save. Additionally it also has a rooftop pool with a nice view towards the sea and lions Head. The location of the apartment is perfect if you want a great mix between Waterfront/city Center and Sea point. Just across the street is a small mall with coffee shops and a big supermarket, very convenient. We went for a run each morning on the coastline which is just down the street. To us the area seemed quite save, even at nights. In summary we highly recommend this cozy apartments. Thanks Leigh for the great stay!

Found our home away from home :-) As our previous booking was nothing like the advertisement, we rather urgently had to find an alternative and how lucky were we to stumble upon this listing! The booking and check-in was seamless. This place was gorgeous, comfortable and had everything we needed. Even the parking was good; it was secure, a nice size and easy to get in and out of. This stay was a holiday, but we will definitely be back for both holiday and business as the set-up for that is perfect as well. Thank you!

A block away from the beautiful promenade, Clara's place is excellently located! The place is also right by restaurants, shops, grocery stores and other amenities, so it's very convenient for anything you may need for your trip. The pool area is easy to access, has a relaxing atmosphere and great views. The security is always on alert and super friendly! Clara was an amazing host and would give her 6 stars if I could. I was sick the last night there and she was super helpful with everything so that I was able to travel the next day. Thank you!

Great apartment in Sea Point which was a good base for our trip - visiting family nearby. The apartment was well equipped, spotlessly clean and very comfortable. Pool area looked lovely but we didn’t use it except to watch the sunset. Great to have secure parking and 24hour security. Adam was brilliant to deal with. Very responsive and flexible when it came to check out.

The place was beautiful. The view alone was worth the price. We had a couple of issues that were handled quickly. Maggie was super nice and responded to all inquiries quickly. Would definitely stay here again.

We thoroughly enjoyed staying in the apartment. It was beautifully decorated, clean, comfortable and homey. We also appreciated that the location gave some privacy from the busy sea point main road but was still close to the promenade. The check in process was effortless and Piet was a great and friendly communicator. I would highly recommend staying here if you are looking for a home away from home while travelling. We particularly enjoyed working from the breakfast nook with beautiful view of the mountain. Thanks Piet, we will definitely come again.

House was great, highly recommend. Wish we had had more heads up on the very loud roof construction going on daily during our stay. We were told 2 days before and offered a refund (no discount) but too late to find an alternative.

I had an incredible stay at this Airbnb. The location couldn’t have been better—conveniently close to all the main attractions, yet set high enough to offer total peace and quiet after a day of exploring. The views of the sea and mountains were truly breathtaking, adding something special to both mornings and evenings. The photos online don’t fully capture the beauty of the view or the seamless flow of the living area out to the patio—it was even better in person. The home was spacious, comfortable, spotless, and tastefully decorated, and offered many comforts and conveniences. The host was very accommodating and made me feel welcome from the very beginning. Communication was easy, and they were always willing to support in making the stay as comfortable as possible. It was a peaceful, refreshing experience from start to finish, and I would return without hesitation. Highly recommended!

Such a stunning property, exactly as pictured. Ian was such a warm and welcoming host. The house had everything we needed for cooking and for a very comfortable stay. The wood burning stove kept the main area warm and cozy. Would highly recommend staying here, we hope to visit again.

We had an amazing stay at Ilse and Dan’s place! They were incredibly friendly and accommodating. The property is absolutely gorgeous, and the three of us, all experienced Airbnb travelers, unanimously agreed it was one of the best we’ve stayed at. The location is perfect, beautifully decorated, and we had no trouble with parking. Check-in and check-out were a breeze, and they even let us leave our luggage for a few extra hours after checking out, which was super helpful. Overall, a fantastic experience and we’d definitely love to return and recommend it to friends!

This was our first trip to Cape Town but did have feedback from my daughter who is studying there. The Gardens neighborhood worked well because of its central location. Unfortunately the city is car dependent so plan on lots of Ubering - always a car within 2 minutes - even vans! The mall down the street was a blessing - pharmacy, 2 grocery stores and a bunch of other stuff. The home was so perfect for a group of 7 - probably the best was the large open living space that gave way to a work space at the dining room table, cooking space galore in the kitchen, comfy couches to watch the French Open from and then a napping window that is super cozy. There is a great outdoor table and rooftop deck but due to timing and some weather did not spend a lot of time there - but the invitation of both spaces quite charming. Would stay there without hesitation next trip if over 4 travelers!

My group and I had an amazing stay at Russell's place in Capetown. The place was beautiful and had everything we could need for our 5 day stay. What stood out the most though was Russell's hospitality! He went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable. Thank you Russell for your kindness. I cant wait to book Russell's place agin for my next stay in Capetown!

We had a fantastic stay at Oliver's place. The house is very spacious, very well equipped and extremely pleasant inside and outside. The location is great, the view is awesome, it gives a feeling of remoteness though very well connected to everything. Perfect to work, to relax or to go hiking around. Oliver was always reachable and helpful. We loved the place and will definitely come back.

Great location and view. The beds were comfortable. The host was responsive and helpful when we Americans had questions about power and hot water issues. We would stay here again and for a longer stay next time!

Me and my family stayed at Don & Jaco's for a week and it was the perfect stay. Their place is absolutely stunning, very homely and the perfect location. Don was an amazing host meeting us at the the time we arrived to show us around the house and run through security information. He was then super responsive throughout our stay and very flexible with our check out time. The house is in a very safe area in Cape Town with many shops, restuarants and the beach in walking distance. I would 100% reccomend staying here :)

Mandy was a great host, making sure we were comfortable at all times. We would love to stay here again.

Staying here was lovely. The view of the city is gorgeous and the apartment itself is stunningly decorated to give an at home feel. Which it does so easily. The plants in and around the apartment give it such a nice feel too. Overall it was lovely to stay here. walking distance from everything you could need too. Desk staff are super friendly and helpful

I stayed at Steven’s place for 5 nights with my husband. The views were to die for, most importantly it was very very safe, I have to say it was the most clean and most beautifully scented apartment. Steven had all the essentials there. I can’t recommend it enough. I was a bit sad when we were leaving, it was a memorable experience, bitter sweet.

Place was clean and beautiful. The best city view ever! I’d book here again definitely!! 5 star!

My stay at Armand's place was fantastic. The mountain views from the apartment were absolutely stunning, and the location felt very safe and secure. I really appreciated how close it was to many attractions, making it easy to get around and explore. The staff were also incredibly helpful and friendly, which made my stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a convenient and scenic stay!

Great location next to the CTICC , two minute to the show halls. The apartment is warm and comfortable. Great stay , will book again next year.
