Our cozy, oceanfront gem has amazing views and is the perfect place to relax and reconnect with yourself, loved ones, and friends. When whales are migrating, you can spot them from our comfy couch. We are on the bluff with an oceanfront hot tub, within walking distance to Gualala restaurants, groceries & shops. Please respect our dream home, our neighbors, & bring only good vibes here. This is a beautiful and remote area, please plan accordingly to relax and enjoy the slow pace of life here.

Dedicated office off Primary Bedroom Suite. Hot Desk off of Guest Bedroom. Private 15 min walk to beach. Hot tub overlooking ocean. Enjoy shared pool and tennis at one of three nearby rec centers.

Located on the ridge above Highway 1, Ocean Suite faces the Southern sky & is often sunny, warm, & wind-free compared to surrounding areas.

Historic Baker House available for the first time

As seen in Dwell, Turnbull's Baker House is a Sea Ranch classic Binker Barn resting on 2 acres of redwoods. While it was built in 1968, it's been updated to make sure you have everything you need for a private and relaxing stay: the separate office has monitors and 300+ Mbps internet, the kitchen is fully-equipped, and the garage has a level 2 EV charger and a Peloton. Enjoy the outdoors year-round from the hot tub or the Galanter & Jones heated furniture that overlooks the forest and ocean.

The Bluffs at Sea Ranch - Expansive Ocean Views

At The Bluffs unobstructed ocean views and private gardens await! Location, Style and Value - The north end is arguably the best Location on the ranch for visitors! It's closest to the town of Gualala with it's shops, markets and eating/drinking establishments. This Property can be booked online up to 6 months in advance and the calendar is always up to date! Limited to 4 guests, no pets will be considered. An adult over 21 must be present at all times. Not recommended for small children.

Our A-Frame is as connected as you like 🛜 , but as remote as you need 🌲RELAX and work remote if you choose. *=>PET FRIENDLY<=* Soak in the private hot tub under redwoods and stars on the coastal ridge, (listen for the waves at night), propane fire pit, and outdoor dining High speed internet, kitchen, first floor bedroom with a double/twin bunk-bed, and loft with a queen-bed. Perfect remote retreat or work cabin 4 acres of walking trails are shared with other cabins on the property

Balina: ocean views, hot tub, pets OK, remodeled

Balina is a home on the meadow with ocean views. It is a beautiful location for a relaxing getaway with friends and family. You can sometimes see whales from the deck during whale watching season, which is why the house was named "Balina," Turkish for "whale," by a previous owner. The bluffs are a 5 minute walk from the house with close access to multiple beaches. We currently stay at Balina every other month ourselves, and we care about the condition of the house very much.
