Quaint little place. Very homey feeling. Conveniently located with lots of places within walking distance. Loved the balcony overlooking the beach.

Views from condo unit are just as listed, beautiful! Location was perfect for walking to nearby sites, grocery/convenient stores within 3-minute drive! Can’t wait for next summer’s visit! Bring lots of sunscreen!

Nina’s place was very clean and check-in was easy. Nina provided clear instructions regarding parking and check-in along with checkout instructions. We loved the view from the balcony and having a king bed in both bedrooms was nice. Elevators were a bit hit or miss, only 2 working elevators out of 3 when we got there and one day they were down to 1 working elevator. Overall a great stay!

The door lock was a bit tricky at first, but we figured it out quickly. The place was very clean and just as described in the listing. This was a great place to stay. It was near a lot of fun activities but still private as well. We enjoyed the chair service everyday and thought this beach area was the most beautiful (we,ve stayed all over this Florida coast). We will definitely come back!

We had an amazing time! We were in town for a wedding. Location was convenient to everything. We felt right at home. Exactly as described. We loved staying at Alan’s place. The house has a great layout. Alan was very responsive. House was beautifully decorated and very clean.

We enjoyed our stay for a girls trip. Quiet and had everything we needed. Beach is a short drive away but parking can be difficult if you don’t get there early enough. Stairs may be difficult for those with knee or mobility issues. Overall, the home was lovely and hosts were great.

We had an amazing stay at this villa! The house was exactly as pictured—clean, comfortable, and with a stunning view of the lake. We spent hours enjoying the excellent fishing right from the property. The golf cart was a game-changer and made getting around the area super easy and fun. We truly loved the entire property. We made full use of the pools, the gym, and even grabbed bites and coffee from both the bayside and beachside cafés. Everything was convenient, relaxing, and beautifully maintained. Our host, Shelena, was extremely helpful and very responsive throughout our stay. This is by far our favorite vacation spot, and we will definitely be back next year!

Great having the golf cart to cruise around. Easy beach access within a few minutes drive with golf cart and great nearby restaurants. Cute little town and beautiful beaches.

The home is exactly as described. It was clean, had plenty of kitchen items to make it feel like home. It was very quiet, and exactly what we hoped to book. We didn’t have time to use the golf cart, but it was nice to have just in case!
