Monthly Rentals in Seal Beach

Very relaxing week. Place was just perfect for us. We had a late arrival from LAX and Jennifer allowed our daughter to check in for us. Place was very clean and was perfect for our needs. Walking distance to the beach, local shops and eating establishments. Thank you for a great week.

Matt’s townhouse in seal beach is an excellent value for people wishing to spend a month or more in the beautiful beach community. Everything is walkable and excellent restaurants such as ballast point, marina wine bar, and the beach house are reached in under 5 minutes. The garage for parking your car was super convenient. Bikes for exploring are a great bonus. Excellent stay.

Will was a very responsive host and had great recommendations for the area. Just be aware that since this is an attached space to the next-door neighbors, the sound from upstairs is a bit prominent like footsteps/loud sound. Couple of knick knacks like the shower door and fridge door were to be fixed, but that was acknowledged to be repaired. Otherwise, I would love to stay here again.

We really enjoyed our stay in this charming duplex. The kitchen was well stocked with everything you could possibly need and lots of other thoughtful amenities throughout. Space was clean and in a great location. Easy walk to the beach, the pier and Main Street. Easy check in and having a dedicated parking space next to the garage was also appreciated. A real gem in one of our favorite beach communities.
