The guest suite at Rose Garden Cottage is a tranquil space looking across fields and woodland. The private fenced garden is perfect for your dog too. We provide an ideal base for a walking or cycling break in the Surrey Hills. We are close to the North Downs Way and delightful countryside, and also within easy reach of the historic market towns of Farnham and Guildford with direct trains to London and excellent road links to the A3, M3 and airports at Heathrow, Gatwick and Farnborough.

Train station is 3 minutes away. There are a number of small shops around. Supermarkets available in nearby towns - Aldershot, Farnham and Guildford. 24 hour Self Check-in via mobile app, key card or tag. Kitchen is well equipped with all modern amenities. We are located about in a very quiet area, yet just a few minutes drive away from Guildford town centre. Our garden borders the North Downs way so great for walkers. Private entrance (up a flight of stairs), and parking behind electric gates. Milk, tea coffee etc, and anything else you require.

Ideal set up and location for business travellers. Relax after a tough day in this calm, stylish space. Listen to the birds in the morning. Have occasional visits from two of our cheeky and inquisitive cats. Park for free on the drive. You will have your own private entrance. It is a loft conversion built to a high standard by my husband Jon. Very well situated in terms of local businesses. It is not suitable for a child or baby or those with cat allergies. Note: hosts live downstairs.

Quirky converted ambulance.

Camby, our beloved converted ambulance is static on our drive with electric hook-up, heating and WiFi available. Great for an overnight stay....or if you are working at the Farnborough International Exhibition and Conference Centre which is a 20 minute walk from us. Basic, but a bit quirky and if you like staying in unusual places this is perfect. The local train station is a 15 minute walk away. Driveway parking is free. Breakfast, tea, coffee, sugar and first pint of milk supplied.

Spacious, sunny Farnham Studio

You’ll love the stylish decor of this spacious, easily accessible King-bed bedroom with work desk. Private entrance, and your own private shower room and toilet (sole use). Please note that utility room is a shared space and we may need access to our washing machine and tumble drier (which you are welcome to use too). French doors lead to a south facing, sunny patio with outdoor sofa seating and expansive garden-scape. Parking right outside, 10-15mins walk to Farnham station.

Squires Hill Cottage

Squires Hill Cottage is a beautifully restored coach house located within the quintessential English village of Tilford, 4 miles from the historic market town of Farnham. The cottage is situated in a quiet location within walking distance to the village pub, shop and cricket green. Detached and self contained studio with private access and lots of parking. The Bolthole is set in a beautiful quiet location, near to very lovely Bourne Woods and walking distance to two renowned local pubs; The Spotted Cow and The Fox. A prefect hideaway to relax with lots of fab walks on our doorstep and the Georgian town of Farnham with all its amenities is just a 20 minute walk . The train station is a 20 min walk with direct trains to Waterloo.
