Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally-located condo. Our studio has been fully renovated in January, 2024. Wonderfully located in the heart of Santa Rosa with a short 3 minute walk to the beach and 10 minute walk to restaurants of 30A. The studio is ideal for 2 adults and 1 child. We boast great views of the community pool and have three bikes for your use. Centrally located on the first floor this quiet condo can easily be your peaceful destination for years. You must be over 25 to rent

Just a mile away way from Seaside and Watercolor to escape the traffic. There are plenty of things to do in the area from riding a bike, a golf cart, or grabbing a bite to eat. This condo is located on second floor and it has a view to the pool and partially to the ocean. I do have a second condo available in the same location for 2nd family

PLEASE read cancellation policy prior to booking. Welcome to this "SWEET SUITE" right in the heart of Seagrove on 30A! A perfect little studio space for couples...but if you have to bring the little one, we have a foldaway floor mat available that folds out to a twin size, ( just bring extra pillow & bedding for that!) More than enough floor space for a pack and play also. This 2nd floor studio space is just across the small two lane 30A highway run.. so just a short 3 min walk to the sand!
