The house was great, but I would stay here again simply because the host was always responsive and met all of our needs in a timely manner. I will refer friends and family.

We had a wonderful first 30A stay, first time with our two corgis too. The property was absolutely stunning, great layout, we stayed upstairs in a bedroom next to the kids room where our 4year old slept - he had the best time playing pirates on the bunk bed. The downstairs master was also clean and very peaceful, the closet had dog crates ready for use, so we kept our doggies there during our outings and nights. It was such a calming space they settled right in. The property is on the end of a road, a kind of a cul de sac, so I found it more private with having another house only on one side. The community pool is less than 50ft away, and the new looking golf cart takes you to the opposite end of the community where you find your private beach access. Stunning views from the beach staircase!! We rented bikes and had brunches at nearby restaurants, Rosemary beach is such a picturesque place with great dinner options, Big Chill a cool hangout. We will be back next year!!

This house was exactly like the photos. You get exactly what you should expect. It was very clean and had everything you would need for a week’s stay. Huge fridge and the ice maker and beverage fridge was great. Everything was very modern and updated. The pool was so great to have and very clean! We loved the screened in porch for hanging out by the pool or eating lunch and dinner. Super quiet cul de sac and easy access to the beach. The house was extremely quiet and cool, lots of fans and a/c worked amazing. Lots of space for everyone to relax. I think an extra cherry on top would be having beach and pool supplies or be able to rent them from the house owner rather than bringing them down or buying extra. We had a great time and would definitely rent again or recommend to family and friends.

Great place for family ! We had a blast ! Kids wanted to stay in the pool than go to the beach ! Super peaceful and great attention we will defiantly book again !

Extremely clean, beautifully decorated, well equipped home tucked away on a quiet street. Easy access to beach via golf cart. Great home for two families with two primary suites and a great bunk room for kids. Across the street from sweet neighborhood park.

Beautiful house and location was great for biking to beach and the Big Chill. Honestly, everything was fabulous. We needed cookie sheets and they were delivered ASAP. My only recommendation would be a binder with all of the checkin in and out information, bike rental, restaurants, etc. We biked to the Walton Dunes access. You can ride you bike, park it and the beach is right there. If you go to the State Park, you have quite the walk. We didn't use the pools but they looked great. I was traveling with two teens and the pool population was mostly the younger kids. No biggie.

We came to this rental home with 3 kids to experience the beach for the first time. The home was so beautiful inside and out, and the perfect set up for our family. We felt right at home from the moment we walked in. It had everything we needed to enjoy our time there and was a close drive to the beach with all of the gear we needed to spend the day playing by the ocean. It was a great and convenient home base to explore all of 30A and Panama City Beach area. We loved the rental, the whole neighborhood, and our stay, and we can’t wait to come back. We love the Hygge House! The location is second to none just two blocks from the public beach access, an easy walk to Seaside, and a half mile from Publix. The pool and backyard were great, and the house itself was wonderful on a quiet, tree-lined street. David's communication was fantastic before, during, and after our trip. Highly recommended!

We stayed as snowbirds for 8 weeks. Enjoyed the quiet, safe neighborhood. Great proximity to Topsail park (my fave beach). The home has great bones/well maintained. The porches are an absolute delight. Being set back from the road and the privacy of the back is very nice. The amenities center was superb- beautiful pool. We did not utilize the bikes (brought our own) nor the golf cart. Nice to have on-site without having to arrange for rentals for vacationers. The only drawback is the chimney housing which the owner did send his handyman to put in a temporary fix- if it is windy the metal bends and is loud inside the home- especially the master suite. Full disclosure- I did complain and the owner offered monetary compensation which I turned down. I wanted it fixed not compensation- I’m not looking to make a buck from my stay. Owner is very responsive and has a home manual that describes everything which makes checking in and learning the home easy.

Excellent spot for a couple wanting to get away, or just someone on a solo trip like myself. The location, accessibility, and amenities provided by this listing were exceptional. The short walk to private beach access and nearby hot spots definitely served as highlights during my stay. While I did think the listing was a little pricy, I would still consider it worthwhile. Seaside is one of the most beautiful beaches on the gulf coast. Oftentimes, I encourage others to be willing to fork a little extra in order to have the best carefree experience possible. This is a place of pure relaxation. Treat yourself.

The house is beautiful. A great place for 5-8 couples. You’ll need to bring extra toilet paper and paper towels as well laundry and dishwasher pods but knowing that you’re ahead of the game. There is no house surround sound like the photos show so bring speakers. Make sure the pool and spa heater work right when you get there. The golf cart is awesome and gets you to the beach. The beds were comfy! We loved it and would rent again for sure!

The location is phenomenal. You are 15-minutes to the Rosemary Beach shops & 15-minutes to the Santa Rosa/Seaside shops, all the while having multiple beach access points. The Big Chill being right across the street was awesome as there was always something going on there. The golf cart was an absolute gem for getting around and accessing places. The place itself was very clean & as pictured. We really enjoyed our time and hope to be back soon!

The house was amazing. We loved every minute of it and it had everything we needed. The walk to the beach was short and had a great grocery store at the end of the road very close to an awesome donut place as well. Our host communicated perfectly, and if there were any issues, she was there to help. The neighborhood is up and coming and can’t wait to see what it’s gonna look like in the next six months to a year. Beautiful house would stay again.

The owner, Blaze, was so kind and responsive and was a wonderful host. We made very last minute plans for some of our mother-son group to stay in the area for a couple of extra days and just needed a smaller place to stay in after we checked out of a larger home in watercolor. This condo was a perfect choice for us and Blaze was very accommodating and helpful, even allowing us to check in early at no additional cost. It was clear that he takes pride in his place and he was very kind and patient with all of my many questions and requests. We love the 30A area and have been vacationing there for years. We usually stay in Watercolor/Seaside and had never stayed in Seagrove before. It was a beautiful area, this condo was clean and comfortable and Blaze was an excellent host. The beach was close and easy to walk to and the golf cart was an added bonus for navigating the area. The shuttle service provided by the condos was great as well. We really enjoyed our stay!

We really enjoyed our stay at the Sand Dollar! The location cannot be beat--right on the ocean and within walking distance to a lot of things. The chair and umbrella service included makes things super convenient. I recommend this!!

I want our family vacation to be something that each one of us will always remember. We definitely had the best time ever! ❤️ It was worth the investment in our time and money! The house is up-to-date and beautifully decorated. It’s also very comfortable, exciting and felt very blessed to be a part of. When planning your vacation, carefully look at all the pictures and read the descriptions. You will not be disappointed. You will get everything as promised plus some. It’s just a few steps to the beach, so you will go several times throughout the day. Most amazing view ever. Did not plan on doing a cookout, but could not resist trying out the grill. The large Patio overlooks the ocean and beach. Patio furniture is very comfortable and plenty of space for everyone. No need to go grocery shopping. Used Publix twice and it was delivered less than an hour or so. No worries about entertaining everyone. The house and the area provides something for everyone! an hour or so. tak

We loved the beach access this home provided for our stay. Nice patio that was perfect for our family of four and our dog to enjoy the ocean and sunsets. The beach is not dog friendly but we were able to take him on walks around the neighborhood across the street. Each bedroom having access to its own bathroom was a huge plus and we loved hanging out in the family room together watching movies in the evenings. The kitchen had enough supplies for the cooking we did. We would definitely stay here again.

This home was the perfect getaway for my family’s beach trip! We loved that it was right off 30A and close to the beach. There were great restaurants nearby as well. Ali provided great communication and was very helpful when we had questions. We will definitely be back and hope to stay here again!

This was the perfect place for my husband and I to get away from our hectic daily lives in Ohio! We went down for my close friend’s beautiful beach wedding and it was the perfect time! The place was exactly as described in the listing and I honestly have zero complaints. It was clean and welcoming. The bed was very comfortable and I slept like a rock!! The beach was easy walking distance and the beach chairs were an awesome bonus that she had there for our use! Leah went above and beyond for me! I had realized once I flew back to Ohio I had left something very valuable to me and she immediately got ahold of her people who had found it and kept it safe for me! I could not be anymore pleased with that customer service! And the honesty of her crew who found it for me! If I could give a million stars I would! I hope to come back in the near future and decompress again!

Rachel was a fantastic host - very friendly and reached out with thoughtful recommendations ahead of our trip. The townhouse was as-advertised, clean, and access to the beach could not have been easier. The private beach was uncrowded. Plenty of restaurants nearby, as well as close proximity to other beaches. It was a very enjoyable experience!

Kathy was always quick to respond to questions and gave such good instructions that we didn't have to contact her at all during our stay. 10 out of 10 recommend! We love it there!
